The dishwasher was delivered and is sitting near the front door still in the box. The person who delivered was to also uninstall the old one. He had a problem. The old one wouldn’t budge. Said
He couldn’t figure out why. He also could not see behind the area. No flashlight??? The hose and plug needed to be disconnected. He. Needed to go under the sink and behind the cabinet . so the outcome is to find a handy person at an additional cost that I wasn’t planning on. I’m thinking about returning it. I did contact Costco, but they were no help. What they need to do is to find a vendor that has experience. This outfit does not know the where to’s or how the how to’s.

Received the HD elephant cuff and necklace. Absolutely gorgeous. Sparkles. Took a chance on the cuff. IT fits. Surprise. Surprise. My wrist was larger than the dimension stated. I also received the SBs TS. Not sure of the print somewhat over powering. Also seems l too large. Then again I will use it as a backpack. One thing for sure, it won’t get lost in the shuffle. The other side is it will go with everything . I will take a better look when I return home.

Lovely spring day in the ‘burgh, temp around 40, very windy and snow showers on and off.🥶❄ Exactly what I was looking forward to in April. Not warming up until Sunday/Monday. Today is our home opener for baseball and it looks like a blizzard right now.😮

Mom Friday turned into Mom Saturday this week since I needed to help out SIL with some things. So that will be my day tomorrow. Sis should be back Wednesday night. 🥰

Sheba, its in the low to mid 60’s and has been raining on and off for 2 days. Im waiting for things to dry out before hiking. If I were to walk in my neighborhood, then it’s a walk. If I drive to trails with hills and dirt trails and less people then it’s a hike. When I go with a friend even if on trails, its a walk because it’s a much slower pace than my own hikes. Friend is a slow walker. Ugh hubs said its raining again.
My son is doing well today but we were in the er for about 5 hours last night. Turns out he was low potassium/mag. He will do some follow up appts to make sure that was all it was but he’s out hiking today. Getting ready for a 2-3 day hike in about a week. He takes the AL Essential that I buy for him so he’s good with everything else.

We Are Nature

As humans, our lives are completely intertwined with the cycles and rhythms of nature.
Nature is a mirror — inspiring us, teaching us, and deepening our sense of belonging in the world. Wherever you look, you can see that our patterns and the patterns of the natural world are the same. We begin our lives in the womb, folded in on ourselves like the bud of a flower. We can see our whole lives in the mirror of this natural form. When we emerge from the womb, we slowly begin our unfolding, just as the flower begins to open its petals. At its prime, the flower draws many insects and also the eyes of appreciative humans. When the flower’s petals begin to fade and its life cycle comes to an end, it ceases to hold itself upright and returns to the earth. Traditionally, we return to the earth, just as all plants and animals do. Like flowers, we leave behind seeds in the forms of children and other gifts only we could have given. These gifts continue to unfold even after we are gone. Rebirth is encoded into our lives, and death is one part of the cycle.

Look around you, and you will find connection and insight. Notice how your moods shift like the sky shifts from bright blue to turbulent grays. Your thoughts are like clouds, appearing, changing shape, passing through, and then disappearing without a trace. The rain cleanses the sky, just as an emotional release cleanses your mind. The sky itself is your eternal awareness, unchanging underneath all these permutations. Let it reflect back to you and your own abiding perfection. AMEN!
