Conversation – 18
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 18 out of the series. I created and started this thread 9 years ago.
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

@Sheba❄️❄️❄️
Hello Sheba, it’s a sunny day here. The temperatures are mild in the 50’s at night and 70’s during the day.
Hubby and I went to get our eyes checked this morning. Got new contacts prescription. Eyes has changed, and he ordered himself new glasses. We were hungry, so we drove to Outback restaurant. The area was blocked off and being paved. I said the hubby we have had back luck with this shopping area. That’s the shopping area I fell in Big Lots😬
So we went down the road to Olive Garden, gor two dinners to go. Eat some of in the car and now we have left over for dinner.I know you want to talk to your cousin, but give her a few more days to get better. It sounds like she is still in the ICU. Perhaps when she is out the that unit and better, her room will have a phone and you can than talk with her.
I am keeping you and your cousin in my prayers. Saint Anthony is a miracle worker. 🙏
Take care Sheba.

La Vie En Rose
Song by Louis ArmstrongHold me close and hold me fast
The magic spell you cast
This is la vie en rose
When you kiss me, heaven sighs
And though I close my eyes
I see la vie en rose
When you press me to your heart
I’m in a world apart
A world where roses bloom
And when you speak, angels sing from above
Everyday words seem to turn
Into love songs
Give your heart and soul to me
And life will always be
La vie en rose -

Creating a Nightly Ritual
Bedtime can be a perfect time for a nighttime ritual of sending love to the world and finding gratitude for your day.
At the end of the day, as the sweet, dark stillness of night beckons us to lay down our bones and rest, we find ourselves at a clear transition point: Behind us lies the previous day and all that has come before; ahead of us, dawn heralds the unfolding of all that is yet to be. While many of us have morning rituals that connect us with our center and help us to set intentions, we may want to explore the magic and power of nighttime ritual as well. It holds for us a beautiful chance for self-appreciation and blessing. Before you go to bed each night, you can send gratitude, compassion, and healing to the being you have been up until this moment. And you can send lightness and love into the future for the one you are in the process of becoming.
Though simple, this action honors the journey you have taken thus far, while opening you to the wonderful possibilities still ahead. When you consciously engage with your own evolution this way, you may find that your sleep gets sweeter, filling your night with a deeper sense of trust and relaxation. As you rest, you can surrender to these peaceful hours, knowing that the road behind you has been seen and acknowledged with respect and kindness, while the path ahead now holds your own benevolence and well wishes.
This bedtime ritual empowers you as the only one who can determine the meaning of your own past and the hopefulness of your future. By setting this special time aside each night, you can begin to orient yourself on your path of growing. It allows you to let the past have its place, to trust that the future is taken care of, and to simply rest yourself in the graceful arms of the present moment. AMEN! ✨✨
