With some of awards season’s best-loved films in the running, the Golden Globes 2023 will be the first opportunity for the stars and filmmakers behind Everything Everywhere All at Once, Top Gun: Maverick, Tár, and more to be celebrated in front of a live TV audience. Returning to NBC after a one-year absence and a series of controversies and changes within the organization behind the awards, the Golden Globes are once again kicking off the last push of awards season—the first of what the nominees hope will be many opportunities to clutch a statue, look into a camera, and say a heartfelt thanks.

Hosted by Jerrod Carmichael, with Eddie Murphy and Ryan Murphy set to receive honorary awards, the 80th annual Golden Globes promise to be star-studded regardless of who steps onstage to accept an award.
