Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 18 out of the series. I created and started this thread 9 years ago.
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎

I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please

  Let me know how you like the ring from Rarities. Champagne diamonds are one of my favorites and yes, I was also eyeing the same one. Instead I purchased a tsavorite ring which is one of my birthstones.
  
  Have a great time hiking or biking. It is very hot and humid in Florida and I will be venturing out shortly. Not getting any work done, but maybe I will leave hubby a little early. I will see how the day goes. Oh,lthe temp is in the low 90s with 95% humidity. Hope it rains soon. We definitely need it.

  Quick note. I received the tsavorite ring yesterday. It must have arrived while visiting hubby. It does not disappoint. Sparkles even with regular household lighting. I will wear it today and see if hubby notices. Tsavorite is hard to find. Even harder to locate one with one or more carats.

I have been a card carrying Costco Shopper for years. ✨Hubby and I go once a month.
We also have a Sam’s Club and I have home delivery for that. I love it.

Hey you and hubby enjoy the day after your shopping. Oodie Trivia was fun and very busy.
I see how you do that now. I had no problem starting the thread I am there anyway. ✨
As always you had a nice crowd. 🌹Oodie Trivia is not Trivia without you. 😘💕

  Good evening. It’s almost midnight and I am up and about. I didn’t make it to Costco today. I was about to leave around 4 pm and discovered that Costco closes at 6 pm.. So rather than rush, decided to leave early tomorrow with our new lunch thing to keep everything warm or cold.
  
  On our first trip to Florida we stopped in Orlando and from there to Clearwater and to Tampa. I think we were there altogether about 3 wks. All I can remember is being so cold. The temps were close to freezing and could not wait to return North. While visiting Tampa and clearwater, we came across Costco. Up until that point we heard how beautiful and low the prices were in the club. So, since we were right there, we parked the van and walked in. Immediately we were sent to Customer Service to get a card so we could look around at our own pace. We were completely mesmerized with tons of items that you would never expect to see in a warehouse. We didn’t purchase anything that day, but decided we wanted a membership. Costco had a warehouse in New Haven, Ct. and so did Sam’s. However, both places were two hours from us. Back then it was just too far to travel. On the Cape, there are two Costcos in MA. Again, both places too far away . We were fortunate to find two Sam’s clubs in Rhode Island. Both were en route to our home on the Cape. So we stopped at Sams on our way to the Cape and on our return to Ct.. Then we heard that Costco was opening in Sarasota. The rest is history.
  Best customer service ever. Sam’s is OK. But like you, we have out items delivered. Hubby needs to use their carts to get around and each time we have been there, there are no carts. We see their staff using them all the time and assume they need it more than us. Unfortunately, Sam’s closed both their places in Rhode Island. There parking lot was always full. No rhyme or reason for closing. Their employees found out by going to the warehouse on the day they normally report for work only to find a sign on the door that store closed. No reason. Nothing mentioned prior. Actually, Sam’s closed all their warehouses in New England. As customers we were devastated. They even closed their brand new warehouses that were opened less than a year prior. I love their hotdogs and also their Caesar salad with chicken. I will be there tomorrow for sure along with Loews since I pass it on the way to the Interstate and the traffic jamb. Oops no highway work on Sunday. No traffic……
  
  Hubby was in good spirits today. However, he turned down the three meals and thank goodness I brought cheese with me and fruit. He was shaking and I scolded him for not trying the meal. As I arrived patients gave a thumbs up on dinner so I couldn’t understand why hubby did not partake. I was actually surprised to see that the ceilings were wide opened with wires hanging down. I thought for sure that the techs would be working on it. Nope, they wanted their weekend off. I’m actually surprised that they did this when knowing there are elderly people there trying to recoup from surgeries or other maladies. Really a sad situation. The other sad part is that the place really needs a good cleaning. I may go in tomorrow with Clean Boss and the microfiber cloths.
