The week just flew by. To think tomorrow is Trivia.

The back is still bothersome and somehow or other the work is getting done. Just a bit slower than I like. However, I need to start on the MB and cannot contact the plumber or electrician until it’s put together. The kitchen and breakfast bar is finished and some of the work in the dining area is also finished. Our community will be having a tag sale a week from Saturday and I do have some things to donate. I will be putting our house number on the list for pickup next Friday. Whatever doesn’t sell is donated, so nothing is left over, and the best part is that I will not see the items ever again. No more clutter. That is my new motto.

No, we never made it to the store to look at the refrigerator. Hubby’s back was real bad and so was his knee. The store has very few carts, so decided that it would be better to pass for now and see what the next few days bring. It still is at the original discount. At least for another week. The kitchen looks good minus the frig. Because we were not able to run the A/C for a week or so following Ian, our frig started to rust in the front. I tried everything imaginable to no avail. Checked the Internet and there is something that will work, however, it will need to be sanded and repainted . Easier to purchase a new one rather than go through the rigamarole.

It’s now the wee hours of the AM. Guess I will try to get some shut eye. I will be starting on the MB sometime today and hopefully will get it completed before the weekend is over. This time I will be doing the entire room which includes the ceiling, walls and windows. Hoping hubby will be well enough to help move some furniture to another location temporarily (actually no lifting–mainly sliding so I can wash the floor)

I got zero notifications today so I don’t know what happened there. I had to come and check here and see what was going on. I thought maybe something happened to you, Sheba! But I guess it was just a glitch with my phone. It’s all good now..

I hope your husband is better and getting stronger. And that Charlie is able to visit.
We are helping our family in Brazil with funds this year. Insuring they all have a good Christmas.
I have started decorating a bit. I don’t want to do to much, just a little.

Uniting in Thought and Action
When we are in circle with others, the energy stays contained within the group, giving back to all.
There are many reasons for why a gathering of people in a circle is powerful. A circle is a shape that is found repeatedly throughout the natural world, and it is a symbol of perfection. We recreate this perfect shape when we join others to form a circle. Being in a circle allows us to experience each other as equals. Each person is the same distance apart from the next participant, and no one is seated higher than or stands apart from others in a circle. From tribal circles to the mythical round table of King Arthur, the circle has been the shape adopted by gatherings throughout history.

The circle is acknowledged as an archetype of wholeness and integration, with the center of a circle universally understood to symbolize Spirit – the Source. When a group of people come together in a circle, they are united. This unity becomes even more powerful when each person reaches out to touch a neighbor and clasps hands. This physical connection unites thought and action, mind and body, and spirit and form in a circle. Because a circle has no beginning and no end, the agreement to connect in a circle allows energy to circulate from one person to the next, rather than being dissipated into the environment.

Like a candle used to light another candle, the connection with spirit that results when one person joins hands with another is greater than if each person were to stand alone. People who take part in a circle find that their power increases exponentially while with the group. Like a drop of water rippling on the surface of a pond, the waves of energy produced in a circle radiate outward in circular motion. While one person may act like a single beacon that emanates light, a circle of people is like a satellite dish that sends out energy. There is power in numbers, and when the commitment is made by many to face one another, clasp hands, and focus on one intention, their circle emanates ripples of energy that can change the world.
