Sending prayers for your BIL & SIL. Hope everything comes out perfect. As you said, if it’s not one thing it’s another. Hopefully he will be out of the hospital by the weekend.

Looks like the CDC will be lifting some of the no nos on the cruises. Your mom and Sis will probably be OK, but it still bears watching. Things happen so fast here, so it’s best that they read and catch up on the news.

We just finished dinner. A few weeks ago I picked up ground sirloin at our Farmers Market. I made patties and put them in the freezer. Tonight it was a last minute thing and I made them in the air fryer with raw onion. I also had Hamburg rolls that were made at the Market and a fresh salad. Hubby remarked how good it was. I have more in the freezer, but they are saved for another day. This week they have Cobia on sale. Will be picking up a few as a breakfast item.

No work was accomplished today. Just did the meals. When we are in the North we have no sinus problems after the first frost. However, as soon as the sap runs through the trees and the grass awakens then we start all over again. But, there is a respite from the middle of June to the end of August.

Oh, come to think of it, I did do a little something today. I repaired a shelf in our linen closet. This one is part of our Master Bath. The bottom shelf kept falling down no matter what I did. When cleaning the hallway closet found a yard stick and finally measured the holes. They were off a bit. Couldn’t make new holes because it would interfere with the ones already there. So, what I did was order some shelf holders that came in different sizes. Worked perfectly. Now have a shelf that is usable. Redoing all the towels. They will go in there so now I will be able to grab and go. Decluttering sure helps.

Florida is cool but sunny. Probably will get a bit cooler over the weekend. Storms for Sunday morning. 80% chance.

Good Evening Oodie, so good to hear from you. The pollen here in Florida is relentless. In Jacksonville that yellow thick pollen from trees would be all over the cars in the driveway, patio furniture, mail boxes.
Down here is a bit different but nevertheless still just as much damage to the sinuses.
I do hope you and your husband will be able to locate his medical cards and driver’s license. However you could get a duplicate here if Florida, I think you can do all on line. And for the medical cards, if it’s for the vaccine shots they have that on the system if one loose the card. And for his insurance , call the company asking them to send extras.
I don’t know how these weeks are flying by one after another. I know the older one gets the faster time goes by. Please take good care of yourself Oodie, it’s easy to overlook oneself when taking care of another person in the family.

Good Evening Sheba, so good to hear your family members are doing well. When the sun is out and shining the spirit in us sparkle. I am glad you have sunshine. I keep seeing in the news how the North and Midwest is getting a cold front with temperatures very low and many inches of snow. My back is getting better by each day. I took the muscle relaxant twice on two nights, it makes me too sleepy through out the next day. I don’t care for that feeling.
Yes this week has gone by and Monday is a Holiday, hubby is off.
Sheba, how about some Robert Palmer. He was such a handsome man, very classy. I still enjoy his music.

Sheba, thanks for your post. Saturday marks the year. It’s already been a year for you, right? Still have a few things to tie up, and taxes to file again this year I think ( for her). Your sign about the haters is interesting and spot on, except for the damage they do until figured out.
Getting ready to get some exercise today. It’s overcast and in the upper 60’s.
