Hi and a good evening to you. The cake looks delish. I will try a bite later. Tomorrow will be a busy day. Laundry and finishing the dining area. I am definitely making progress. I’ve been looking for the light bulbs since one went out in the Master Bath. It took most of the afternoon and I finally found them. Dusty, but good. They are now in the hallway closet looking good. Tomorrow I will have hubby do the honors. As I said yesterday. It’s such a good feeling to know where things are and to donate the items you no longer can use. And, believe it or not, the hallway closet is cluttered free and almost done. There is now room for a few extras. Such a good feeling.

Monday, hubby has an appointment with our physician. I think it was changed without me knowing because the card said the 21st Oh well, there goes our Valentine’s Day since the appointment is in the afternoon. I will be driving Mr. Daisy. Even if he had his license, he would not be able to drive because of the knee problem. And, as far as the surgery goes, whatever happens, happens. I have no control over what is going on. We have phone calls into the doctor’s offices and maybe we will hear and if not, maybe a new surgical date can be made. Even if it’s March or April, we could be heading North the middle of May or beginning of June. It won’t be the first time that we stayed later. The work will get done at the other homes and if we do not return to Florida right away, so be it. I actually need to get this house in order just in case the date for surgery is the end of this month. I have a hair appointment on Tuesday and Monday I will make another appointment for the car maintenance. So things are getting accomplished.

Last night’s game was fun. I am glad you enjoyed the opening. Next week is the President’s weekend. Hope there are some sales with huge markdowns. Wishful thinking on my part, I guess. Well, back to cleaning. Oops almost forgot. Have to throw one of those tablets into the washing machine. Have a great evening and a nice walk with Poppy under the moonlight. Stay warm and be safe.

It must be ESP with the gorgeous cakes.🍰 Today my husband walked in with four Edible Arrangements cupcakes.🧁 OMG, they must be 1,000 calories each. All have a piece of chocolate nestled in with at least 1/2 pound of icing on top. I will have to slice them up and eat a piece sparingly or I will be “Rolling in the Deep” with Adele.😲 He also stopped at Chipotle and got somewhat healthy bowls for dinner so no cooking today, yay!🥗 After all this, I guess we are celebrating V Day today.💕
