adding we don’t wear coats all winter like many do in others parts of the US so that why things hold up so well and it’s a warm weather jacket.

Oh, the Moon. I saw the Moon out while hiking since it was late in the day.
It was lovely! Later at night we had a rain storm. We need lots and lots of rain.

Sheba, well those leggings shipped and made it all the way to CA (based on the tracking) and then shipped right back to HSN where it appeared as a return. Never got them, just the notification of a return. I used the chat line to ask about it and all the could say sometimes things like that happen. While I really need some nice leggings, it is ok. Sometimes things happen.
It seems like HSN has some CA Distrib because WPuck and Skinn fly here along with a few other brands. Maybe it was shifted due to their warehouse fire?
I am eyeing a jacket (Bernardo EcoPlume Packable Quilted Jacket 128-6504) but it has no video. Any thoughts on it? Recently purchased the Laurier Packable Solid Water-Resistant Puffer Jacket 684-373 in black and am very happy with it. These will replace much older coats, in good condition that can be donated (my Eddie Bauer Jacket, bought in Maine over 20 years ago, has held up so well! Mine is blue and hubs bought one in red).

Will look forward to hearing how Shoelady’s Mom and Sis enjoyed their cruise.

Good Evening. We have been very busy the last few days and we are not done yet. When we saw the doctor on Monday I mentioned that we had yet to hear from any cardiologist. I told him of a phone call I received last week where a man phoned and left a message. When I called it was the same person and I mentioned this to our physician. I also mentioned that they had an opening three days prior to surgery and he mentioned that was not enough time to send the info. So we were back to square one. He gave me a phone number to contact the hospital directly for an appointment for the ECHO, but mentioned that I should wait until today to make the call Well, I did. Only problem, it was a recording and the first part was OK. The second part not so good. Could not understand what the recording was saying. It was almost like it died in the middle and I heard the last part. I decided to wait until later and see if hubby had the same problem.

This afternoon we had an appointment at the Orthopedist office. No blood test. Just listened to the heart and answered the questions that concerned us. I was mainly worried about the anesthesia and the effects it would have on the dementia.. I also was concerned with the three steep stairs to climb into our home. Hubby said it was not a problem but I let them know that he had fallen backwards yesterday trying to get up on to the first step. He wasn’t hurt, but had problems getting up. Not a concern at this time. He will have physical therapy at home for the first few days until his walk is better and the pain lessens.

We had some shopping to do following, but decided to go home instead. We were both exhausted. Guess we will go to Costco tomorrow and fill up the tank. I still have not called for the appointment on the van. I will now work around the ECHO appointment when we get one.
As of now, the cardiologist’s assistant will give it a try. I think I will also ask hubby to listen to the
recording. His hearing is better than mine. I think that brings us up to date.
