Good morning Sheba. It’s just a little past midnight. I must have dozed. It was a bright, sunny day with temps in the low 60s. Tonight will be in the low to mid 40s. I put the heat on just a few seconds ago. There is a chill, but nothing to bother us.

The doctor appointment went OK. We were 15 minutes early. The physician was an hour and a half late. We surmise there was an emergency, though we were not told of anything going on. We mentioned the problem about seeing the cardiologist and he arranged for hubby to get an ECHO which should help with the anesthesia. Though Covid and it’s variants are slowly going down, I am not sure at this time if I will be permitted to stay with him prior to the procedure. I also not sure if he will be admitted following surgery. That I won’t know until the day of or following. While in the doctor’s office my cough returned and he recommended going off all my sinus meds and get Allegra and one other medication. I will probably have to see the pharmacist for the second one since I cannot read the handwriting. When we returned home there was a message to confirm an appointment for the Orthopedist on Wednesday. This was news to us since no appointment was made on the 22nd of December. I will contact them tomorrow to confirm. Right now everything looks good for the surgery in two weeks.

Tomorrow is my hair appointment. Will feel good to get a trim and some TLC for an hour. I will have the meds with me just in case. After the appointment we will do some marketing since everything didn’t go exactly as planned last week or over the weekend.

We really didn’t celebrate Valentine’s Day. Hubby will not be able to sit behind the wheel until his knee is working properly. I am hoping that after surgery the dementia will no longer exist. We are hoping that the problem is because of the knee and back pain. It will be a wait and see scenario. I will be contacting the physician for the ECHO sometime on Wednesday or Thursday.
I still have to make an appointment for the van maintenance.

Now it’s time for some shuteye. I’m glad you and hubby had such a nice day. Good to know that we are loved not only on Valentine’s Day, or our Anniversary or our Birthday, but everyday. It’s the little things that count, but it is always nice to get a little something to make the day brighter. I assume you are fast asleep. Hope your dreams are pleasant. Talk to you tomorrow.
