Good evening I hope you see this. I am a former fashion model I know clothes and I was
in the entertainment business and I have worked with Genius. 😘💕I apply what I have
done in my life to this thread which I created almost nine years ago.

It really does not take me long to do the thread. I do not spend all day posting.

I come in the morning and I do an evening no more than hour at night.

I try to be me and I do not take anything from any other community’s in twitter-verse.
That would be a bore I like to be different and creative. 😎

In the almost nine years of this thread this is number 17 I will be making number 18
in the near future. I never plan ahead everything every day I do at the time I sign in

Good evening. Well, I finally accomplished one thing and that is the bed rail for hubby. After tons of researching and comparing prices and going from one I really liked to another not so good was really taking up too much of my time. The last fall cinched the one I purchased. I really liked the 21″ as a bed rail and as a way for hubby to get in and out of bed without a problem. The one question I had was whether or not it would be safe and the last fall told me otherwise. So it was back to the drawing board and I found one that starts out at about 20: and can extend to 31″ with a stop in between. Then I went to various websites to check price, delivery and naturally, the reviews. The reviews ranged from a 4.5 to a 4.9. Best part is that it has a belt that goes to the other side of the bed making this very secure, and after all that, it can be returned.

So sorry to hear that you are still under the weather. Glad you finally gave in and went to a clinic and the medication is doing it’s thing. I do know what the coughing is like, thankfully, the sinus meds do help.

Well, best be going. This is one time I will be hitting the sack at a decent time. Tomorrow the MB.

Hello Sheba, I am glad you were able to get some medication to help you stop the coughing so you can get the sleep and well deserved rest. Your body needs to heal, rest and proper nutrients along with mordern medicine is the key. Soups and hot teas will help you and should soothe your throat and chest from coughing.
I am sorry you are going through that.
I am worst than a child when I am sick.
I decided to make some French bread today. It’s on its second raise, and then I am having some chicken soup with it. I freeze soup in the large yogurt containers, making sure it is totally cold before placing in the containers. And it’s just the right size for two servings.
I hope the meds works well and you start to feel and get better soon.

It sure sounds like you have what we have had for the last week. There was an article in our local paper today that said the flu, rsv and covid have really increased nationwide since Thanksgiving. Friends of ours were supposed to leave on a trip to Belize Saturday, she came down with the same thing and they cancelled. The one pill that has seemed to help us is Mucinex. My husband has also taken a sinus pill. Still have some coughing but much better.😣😝😫

Sorry about the game, they will surely come back next week. I see them going far this year.👍

Chilly but sunny today.🌞 We are supposed to hit mid 60’s by Thursday and back down for the weekend. I’m just thankful we haven’t had to shovel yet.❄🤞❄

Good day in the ‘burgh. Holy Smokes what a day yesterday was. Well my team did their
best there is always next week. ✨✨Lady I did not even see the Game.

I had to go to a Minute Clinic because I was coughing my head off I felt like something
hit me. No worries I am better today. I think this all started when I did the leaves on Thursday.

How are you doing today is your cold better? I hope you and hubby are doing alright.

I was a bit under the weather all weekend I finally got some relief after a visit to a Clinic.

I was not going to go another night with coughing and stuffed sinus I have not had
anything like this in years. Yikes!

I know you have a lot going on I hope the MB is finished and soon the Contractors will
be there to get the work done. Oodie all the luck in the world you have been through
a lot this year. That storm took out a lot of people and their property.

Good morning in S. California I love to hear about your hikes. I am doing alright today
I had to be seen yesterday at a quick clinic and the NP did a great job. 😎 I could not
take the cough any longer and my sinuses were an absolute pain.

I took one little pill and that knocked out everything. I do feel a lot better.

I am going to take Poppy for a very long walk today I need fresh air. 😜I have several
jackets but I am loving the Iris Apfel Jacket because it is not heavy but it is very warm.

My husband is going to make me the herbal remedy thank you for sharing.

Here is what happened yesterday I was coughing so bad and had stuffed sinuses I went
into a Clinic I made the appointment on Saturday. I was in and out within an hour.

I have some kind of viral cold with coughing the NP on duty prescribed me a pill to stop
the coughing at night and it worked. 😎😘 I feel so much better I would not wish this on
anyone. My December schedule is packed with my medical team of doctors. I have not had
a cold this bad in years. All my vitals were fine but she could see the back of my throat and saw
the problem. I am having soup today and hot tea.
