Sheba, 5’5 and both my parents were tall at 5’11 and 6″. Today i walked to my hike with a friend so yah, am very tired. It was hot so we are going later starting tomorrow.
Sorry your are feeling the loss of your Father. The good news is my Mother doesn’t have to file taxes this year, she didn’t have an income, go figure It would be a miracle if she did.🙂

Hello Sheba, I hope your week started off great. And that you are feeling better. Yesterday the day flew by. That one hour ahead didn’t help either.
I started coughing during the night, and stay up while hubby slept. I didn’t want to wake him up with my coughing. So I just watched old movies, went to bed after he got up for work.
I was feeling very lazy today, I am sure it’s for lack of sleep. I just did some laundry, empty the dishwasher and cleaned up the kitchen a bit.
Right now we are watching Where Eagles Dare with Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood, it’s an oldie but a goodie. 😁😄😁

I am hoping that I will not have to call the orthopedic group off Cape Cod. What I do like is that in Florida everything is together. The offices are in a medical building and the hospital is right around the corner. Oh yes, their physical therapy unit is in the medical building as well. The parking lot is always full, but there is a shuttle service that will give you a lift when needed. And, best of all, it’s only a 15-20 minute drive when not dealing with heavy traffic. We will not wait until the cardiologist appointment and go from there. Meanwhile, it is a beautiful day here on the Gulf. Temps are in the upper 70s and may be close to 80. Though my sinuses are giving me problems, how can I not enjoy the day. Will be trying new meds tonight and will see how that takes care of all those problems.

Hope to do some shopping tomorrow. Our farmer’s market is having a sale on strawberries, tomatoes and all bell peppers (orange, green, yellow, purple $.99/lb). Of course they also have fresh fish. While at Costco a few days ago, I picked up their fresh Japanese style noodles that are very low in calories. I had normally picked these up at our local grocers in the North. But, though I enjoyed them from time to time, the quanity was small. There are six good sized packages in the box and the stir fries come out really good. I used all kinds of fresh veggies, then added the meat/chicken/lamb and finally the noodles. Added some tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on top. A really easy meal and leftovers for the next day. OH my !!!!!😀😀😀

Hope your night time temperatures are above freezing so you can walk Poppy without a problem.
