Sheba, your weather is all over the place.. Glad your jacket is getting some wear before the season is over. I skipped the hike today as I overdid it yesterday. Doing some laundry and having a low key day.

I agree with you on pitman. He was a breath of fresh air. I do see him from time to time posting in Community and also starting a thread or two. I’ve sent him a post numerous times to no avail. I surmise that the time for a game is when he goes for long walks. If you see his post, why not send a “gif,” I’m sure he will enjoy it.

We finally went to the Farmer’s Market and had a great time. I picked up some pink grapefruit. Yes, you read that right. Pink grapefruit and it is delicious. I am so glad that I splurged on four packages. This was the first time that hubby tried it. Last time I bought it, I ate the whole thing. I also bought Dragon fruit and will pare it with blueberries. Some of the prices have gone up tremendously.

The pill is working, well sort of. I still get into coughing fits, but after a couple of minutes things quiet down. Yes, the headaches come as well. But, they are light and require no medication. So, maybe, this med is also hitting some of the sinus issues as well. One pill does tire me out. Can you imagine what two would do?????? This is why I nurse one drink all night just to be sociable. Yes, I also walk around with my “Shirley Temple.”

Sorry to hear that Heidi is having some problems. I sincerely hope that whatever it is, that it works out for her. I will try to send the spoonbill her way when he/she returns from the cold winter. I guess, in some ways, we all have our problems, just some are bigger than others. I just hate seeing someone with such good talent having to face issues. I wish her the best and will send thoughts and prayers her way.

Don’t overwork your hubby. Take some time to enjoy whatever. As you are aware of, time passes all too quickly. Enjoy each and every moment. Take care of yourselves and stay safe.
Oh before I forget. I purchased the purr-fection necklace and bracelet. It set me back for a
few months, but well worth it.

Hello Sheba, we had a beautiful sunny day, and the Sunset from our backyard today was just marvelous. It faces the west, and there is sunshine for the entire day. That’s why my herbs does so well.
We all had a wonderful time last night in Trivia. Only my pad started again giving me problems. And HSN kepted logging me out making having to sign in over and over everytime I wanted to write something.

Good afternoon from the ‘burgh. We are warm with partly sunny, partly rain. You are right, I was tired yesterday after mom’s.😌 Ran her around and cleaned up some things in her house.

Today’s Drink of the Week is the Violet Gin & Tonic!
With the addition of violet liqueur and jam, this elevated gin and tonic is bright, floral, and pretty enough to serve at any springtime gathering.

Ingredients:
• 2 oz. gin
• 4 oz. tonic water
• ½ oz. violet liqueur
• ¼ tsp. jam
• Lime wedges

Directions:
1. Add gin and violet liqueur to a glass filled with ice.
2. Squeeze in the juice of one lime wedge.
3. Add tonic water and stir to combine.
4. Mix in jam and garnish with a lime wedge.
