Forgot to mention that I have the poodle pin shown above. The one I purchased was direct from her site. Poodle had pearls surrounding it and a leash with a heart at the end. Seems to me she had another one that probably sold out. Wonder what she will bring to HSN. I have my eye on a few things that are now in “favorites.”

You spoke too soon. This was not a good day for either of us. My sinuses started acting up early this morning with headaches to beat the band and then the coughing. The pills I take should last at least four hours, but I needed them again an hour later. As I returned back to bed I noticed all the covers were down on the floor on hubby’s side. I decided to go without. I don’t think I was in bed two minutes when there was a thump. Yep, he fell out of bed. This time it was a real soft landing and he did not do any damage to the knee. But, now the entire bed was on his side, on the floor. So, hopped out of bed and started remaking the bed. That was my morning. Hubby is fine, but at the same time I wonder if this is the beginning of Parkinsons. I’ll have the physician ask for the bloodwork at the next visit.

So far I have not heard from the other physician pertaining to the stress test. I’ll give it to later tomorrow afternoon before I make a phone call. He is still talking about returning to the North. But, on one hand we need the doctor’s OK and the other hand will I be able to do the drive. And of course, the scenario of climbing 9 steps to the first floor (I’m counting the three to the front door) whether he has the surgery or not. And, I am not too thrilled about the Physical Therapy following surgery. When I compare the two there is no comparison.

It is windy on the Gulf coast and it is expected to be worse tomorrow. We did not go to Sam’s today. Hubby slept most of the day and I wasn’t feeling too pretty. May try tomorrow or if not, place an order and have it delivered. Rain chances go up tomorrow afternoon and this is one time I am hoping for rain. Should make me feel a bit better. Pollen count is over 12.

Well, time to make dinner. I think I will make a stir fry with the leftover rice. I have some fish that I froze and fresh veggies. It’s off to the kitchen.

Glad all is safe in Oz. I hate thunderstorms as we have had so many trees fall because of wind or lightning. Just a couple weeks ago our chimney cap blew off. Oz sounds like us this week – Monday it was 27 and today it’s 70 – back to the 40’s by Friday. I think it’s time we meet on a tranquil island.🌴😎

The show was really good, hard to believe there are only two episodes left. Wonder if Renee will be nominated for an Emmy.

Good Vibrations

When we are in a state of good vibration, we attract more of that to us.

Feelings vibrate, just as all things in the universe do, at a particular frequency. Negative feelings like anger, guilt, and greed vibrate at low frequencies, while positive feelings like joy, appreciation, and passion vibrate at high frequencies. These high frequency vibrations make us feel good. This is why people and places that inspire and cultivate positive feelings have what we call good vibrations.

Good vibrations inspire health, happiness, and optimism. When we are tuned in to good vibrations, our bodies heal, our hearts open, and our minds shift toward the light. We see new possibilities and feel powerfully energized to follow our inner visions. At the same time, we feel relaxed and capable of manifesting these visions without giving in to stress or struggle. Good vibrations put us in a state of perfect receptivity so that we feel it is the energy flowing through us that accomplishes what needs to be done. We feel guided, supported, protected, and nourished within this joyful flow. We sometimes forget that we are allowed to feel this way all the time.

Lower frequency vibrations are not bad in a moral sense, but they are bad in the sense that they simply don’t feel good. Still, they have a purpose, which is to alert us to the fact that we are blocking out the higher frequency vibrations that we need to function well. They are a call for healing ourselves from within. The key to our healing lies in remembering that it is our birthright to feel good and that feeling good is the essence of our true nature. When we are receiving and sending out good vibrations, we are in the flow. When we are not, we can begin to raise our vibration by seeking out people, places, and situations that vibrate at a higher frequency. Whether we need to go on retreat or just call a friend who makes us laugh, seeking out those good vibrations and basking in them is a sacred and loving practice that returns us, time and again, to the joyful flow of the universe. AMEN! ✨✨

Good afternoon in the beautiful ‘burgh. 😘✨Lady Oz was in a bad way last night.
We lost power for a bit and the thunderstorm and rain went on for hours.

Poppy did get a little nervous when a huge thunderclap happened I think we both
got a little nervous. Oz is a little quiet today and chilly because we may have some snow
tomorrow. 😎Good times.

It’s alright I know our weather is a bit crazy this too shall pass. 🌹🌹
