Mom and sis are in St. Kitts today, at sea tomorrow, the Bahamas🌞 on Saturday and back home Sunday. Seems like they just left, goes quick like everything else.

Our local news said flu cases have skyrocketed in our county, highest number in a decade.😲 So I am assuming that is what we had. Coughing still lingering but overall better. Best of luck with your doctor’s appointment.🤞

Funny that you should have the article about trees and people. Had our tree guy here today trimming some branches since all the leaves are down, never-ending.🌳

You had me laughing. It took me awhile to figure out that we are in December and not November. Don’t feel bad. I do the same thing with days and dates. Seems everyday rolls into another and somehow you lose track of time.

Things are moving along. I am in the MB sorting some clothing. Hubby’s shorts are now a size too big. Rather than donate, I will just hang them in another closet so he can wear them around the house. I get a good chuckle watching him have one hand on the waistband and the other with the cane. I did purchase the next size down and those will go into his closet. Anyway, I will be contacting the electrician tomorrow and see when he can repair the electrical on the lanai and in the shed. The workers will need an outlet for their power tools.

Hubby is in bed as I type. He has been there all day. I’m taking a break as my back decided to give me a problem. I’m trying to stay away from the Excedrin and everything else. Looks like I will need to pick up another bottle of CBD. Cannot find the one we started.

Tonight is leftover time. Have quite a bit of food leftover from yesterday. It came out real good. Between the air fryer and the wok, dinner seemed to take no time. Speaking of the wok, I’ve had it for many years. Hubby wanted me to discard it as the inside is all black. But, that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Food tastes better that way. The wok is well seasoned.

Hope to get to the farmer’s market by Saturday. They have native cukes on sale along with some fish I’ve never heard of. The fish is marinated in chili which is hot hot hot. You can also purchase it with mild chili which I will give to hubby. By the way, cukes are 6 for $2, Love cukes and green onion with cottage cheese. Now that I have made myself hungry, will go nuke last night’s dinner. Glad your cold is better and good luck tomorrow with the next appointment.

Last night’s dinner was simple and yet delicious. Today I made a potato leeks soup, and French bread. Hubby is having tuna and vegetables.
