Hello Sheba, I hope tomorrow when you read this you are feeling better. I am sorry you are having migraines.
I wouldn’t wait much longer to decide if cooking or ordering out. Make sure the the place will be open or are you going out for Easter Brunch. Then you might need to reservation. Whatever you choose I am sure it will be delicious.
As a child we would have huge celebrations on Saturday morning, Holy Saturday. And on Easter morning I would look under my bed for a basket with chocolates. Sometimes was a small basket
With one chocolate egg. Here mom and I continued with the celebrations on Holy Saturday with a feast for lunchtime.

I forgot to mention that Passover begins Friday night at sundown. The family is getting together the second night. It’s too far to travel and if we did, we might as well continue on to Ct.. It’s been many years since the family has been together. Passover is usually the beginning of April and really not a good time to plan a road trip. A cousin may do a family reunion this summer, but not sure if hubby will be able to attend. I will probably get most of that answer after the stress test on Monday. As soon as our phone line is up and running, will be making a phone call to the orthopedist to leave a message on the stress test to be. I will let him take it from that point. I have a doctor appointment coming up in May and I just have a funny feeling that surgery will be that day. Again, I will keep everyone in the loop. This is why I am really rushing to get things done. I also need to schedule a plumber and electrician when we have everything in place. Hopefully, this will be prior to surgery.

Go ahead and do your thing for both holidays. Looking forward to the Gefilte fish and Maror (red horseradish) which symbolizes bitterness of the slavery and bondage in Egypt. Sheba, your husband would really enjoy this horseradish. Hot hot…My grandmother always made this and my mom would not let me eat it. Grandma put a bit on a piece of matzoh and I enjoyed every morsel. I loved it so much, that when no one was looking, I snuck into the kitchen with a nice sheet of matzoh and loaded up. Right now I am thinking of Buddy Hackett when he was describing army life.: “that’s when the fire went out.”

Sounds like we both are having problems with our sinuses. I am still coughing, but not as much. Maybe it will go bye bye when the bedroom is done and all the dust and debris are out of here.

I found everything of hubby’s. Just as we both figured, in a pair of shorts he wore a few days ago.
It was underneath a pile of his clothing that were on a bench leg. Funny, I had checked that area earlier and didn’t find it. The bench will become our coffee table in the living room. There is a wicker chest in our living room that will be put at the foot of our bed. The rooms are starting to take shape. Just wish there were no appointments here while I clean and make adjustments. The house is very dusty and I really think that is the culprit for the cough. I have found that masking up really helps the situation. You may try doing the same especially when working in the yard and walking with Poppy. This is just a suggestion, but I would give it a try to see if it works for you.

Going to get some chocolate ice cream and then after the break do some more cleaning. I’ll let you know about TCM.
