I think the basket will be my next project I like Poppy with me when I go out be it walking

I am out of it been a very busy weekend. I am going to jump in the shower. ✨✨

Everyone seems to have a lot of irons in the fire this week. We have a frost coming
today so we shall see what happens.

WE did plant some plants and flowers this weekend it was a lot of work. The weather was
perfect and Poppy happy. ✨✨ If everything can survive the night we have it made still
not 100% Spring but I know patience is a virtue. 😘

Heidi Daus and Lynn Murphy did a great show today. 😘✨💕😎Love her.

Hello Sheba, I hope your plants will be ok and the freez by pass your area. Its April 25th and in some areas of the country its still Winter. I am wondering was it like this 10 to 15 years ago? Or is this something happening in the few last years. I think when I lived in Wash, DC April was warm.
Hopefully the weather in your area soon becomes warm, and you can do your gardening.

Hi and good evening. It’s about 6:45 pm and the world is interesting. The sun is out. It is cloudy and there is a bit of wind in the air. I enjoy looking at the clouds and wondering what I am actually gazing at. Is it animal or fish. May a cat or a dog. An elephant or a rabbit. Whatever it becomes it is beauty at it’s best.

The plumber was due between 9 am and 10 am this morning. When 10:30 am rolled around and still no one around, tried to make a phone call using the landline. But, alas, there was no dial tone. Pulled out the faithful cell and tried to dial our number only to find out that it went immediately to message. So, realizing that phone was dead, contacted the plumber’s office and was told there was an emergency where all crew were sent out. Our time changed to between 1 pm and 3 pm. He arrived after 1:30 pm and tried to repair our faucet to no avail. No problem. I had one waiting in the wings and it’s working well. This company was excellent and they are the ones to call from now on. Five star rating across the board.

Hubby is doing OK. Both of us are quite tired from working on the kitchen last night and awoke early this morning with 4 or 5 hours of sleep. Today is a rest day, but I do need to get the kitchen back in order, especially under the sink.

I caught the last hour of Heidi. And yes, I purchased. Almost did not recognize Lynn Murphy with the new hairdo/wig.

Tomorrow Lowes. Hey, this will be our first time in a retail store other than a market. We will mask up for this adventure.

Enjoy your bike ride with hubby. Why not get a basket for Poppy??? I’m sure he would enjoy the ride. Don’t forget to bring a jacket or sweater just in case those temps start to fall.

Beautiful couple of days. I ran out this morning and bought a couple flower baskets, one for the front and one for the back.🌻🌺🌼 I will probably get another one for the back and in case the deer eat the front one. I get very little sun on the front landing so my choices are few and far between when it comes to flowers. There are a lot of greens I could get but I always want some color. I do put some fake ones in the ground because of deer and rabbits. My lilies sprouted through the ground, no buds yet, and the deer already ate them, grrr! Like you, we will be getting a freeze mid-week.🥶 Your flower store man sounds really neat. So nice when someone is so helpful these days.😊👍

You are right, sis gets back tomorrow so my mom Fridays will be done for a while. I have to go out tomorrow to find a dessert for mom’s birthday. She is not a fan of cakes🎂 so maybe some turnovers or cheesecake.🍰

Working through Transitions

During the pause between achievements, many people begin to question what their life is about.

The elation we feel when we have learned an important lesson, achieved a goal, or had a big breakthrough can sometimes be met with a period of downtime afterward. During this period of transition, we may feel unsure and not know where to turn next. Many people, during the pause between achievements, begin to wonder what their life is about. These feelings are common and strike everyone from time to time. Human beings are active creatures — we feel best when we are working on a project or vigorously pursuing a goal. But there is nothing inherently wrong with spending a day, a week, or even a month simply existing and not having a plan. Just be. It won’t be long before you embark upon your next voyage of growth and discovery.

The quiet lull into which we fall between ideas, projects, and goals can make life seem empty. After accomplishing one objective, you may want to move immediately on to the next. However, when your next step is unclear, you may feel frustrated, disconnected, or even a mild depression. You may even perceive your lack of forward momentum as an indicator of imminent stagnation. To calm these distressing thoughts, try to accept that if your intent is personal growth, you will continue to grow as an individual whether striving for a specific objective or not. Spending time immersed in life’s rigors and pleasures can be a cathartic experience that gives you the time you need to think about what you have recently gone through and leisurely contemplate what you wish to do next. You may also find that in simply being and going through the motions of everyday life, you reconnect with your priorities in a very organic, unforced way.

The mindful transitional pause can take many forms. For some, it can be a period of reflection that helps them understand how their life has unfolded. For others, it can be a period of adjustment, where new values based on recent changes are integrated into daily life. Just because you’re not headed swiftly to a final destination doesn’t mean you should assume that you have lost your drive. The stage between journeys can become a wonderful period of relaxation that prepares you for the path that will soon be revealed to you. AMEN! ✨✨

I don’t know why but I sure did miss her. LOL!

I had a rather unusual day yesterday I was in a flower and plant store and I could not
find any help so a gentlemen said he could help me well it turns out he grew and own
the plants and was very happy to help me. Imagine the look on my face when we were
just talking and he is from East Texas and knows Patrick Mahomes mother Randi.
I could have went further but I hope I see him again because he was very nice and showed
me how to plant new flowers. Interesting day for sure. ✨Lady he owns several plant and flower
place in the Midwest.

Here is to a good day OZ is beautiful but we have a frost freeze coming. ✨

Good morning in S. Cali I have been outdoors all morning enjoying the birds and all the
little things in my yard including Poppy. ✨✨I have a Robin Red Breast who just keeps
talking to me and stays near me. Hmm..😘✨I wonder sometimes.

I will catch Heidi Daus today I love her laughter and as you know I have over 500 pieces
of her jewelry when I turn my dressing room light out and turn on the Curios her Swarovski
pieces light up like the most beautiful light I ever seen. Most of my pieces by her are Swarovski.

Happy Trails To You. 🎶🎶Hubby and I were really tired after yesterday so we are going
bike riding later this evening I am letting Poppy tag along. 😎
