Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

Sheba, yet another horror. Speaks volumes to the mental health issues going on.
Those poor families, there really are no words.
Hubby hiked with me today and I offered him an easy way but he wanted to follow along so up a small Mtn side we went. He decided at the top that we should go down that way because he wanted to go the faster route out. I am afraid of heights but said ok. On the way down I had to sit and slide along because it was too steep. It was kindof fun but my clothes and pack need a good washing. -

Hello Oodie, how are you and how is your headache?
I read your post to me yesterday and today, thank you for the posts.
I hope by now you were able to find all the keys and you hubby’s license.
My hubby took a trip to Minnesota last week, went to see his mom, she is 88 years young . He had a nice time with her, cooking with her and having meals with her. They celebrated a friend’s birthday and had a good time. I don’t remember if I told you but, she lives in a assisted living facility. She has her own apartment, one bedroom and a full kitchen. She does get help in changing her bed, cleaning the apartment, laundry, taking her shower and changing into PJ’s for bed. They provide all meals and there are nurses available. Hubby stayed for the week, and while there his sister in law suffered a series of mini strokes. She did had heart surgery a few weeks ago to repair a valve. They kept her in the hospital for 36 hours, ran lots of tests. She is now back home thank God. Hubby too is back home and we took a trip out yesterday to some stores and then got to go dinner and brought it home. Got to love Olive Garden and their pasta, delicious.
I love their fried Calamari and the Tiramisu.
Take Care Oodie 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴 Again thanks for your posts, you very busy lady. Be careful out there 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴 -

Hello Sheba, how are you doing? It’s a very sad time in our Country. I just can’t understand why.
We did go out yesterday, went to a few stores just to walk and look around. I was surprised they had signs with mask required.
We stopped at Olive Garden and ordered To Go dinners. Calamari was delicious and also dessert, a nice big piece of Tiramisu😋😋😋😋😋😋
This afternoon I cooked for hubby. Enough for him to have lunch and dinner for the next four days. Shrimp, cauliflower rice, French green beans, Italian flat green beans. Spinach, brussel sprouts, carrots, zucchini, Lima beans. A mixture of California’s style vegetables. I made seven different dishes.😋😥
After I had something to eat and took a very long nap😁
Take Care Sheba -
It sure is a scary world out there. No safe haven to speak of. How many children will be killed before something is done???? That is the question.
We did a little shopping at Lowe’s and Aldi’s. Lowes did not have the plants I was looking for, yet on line it states in stock. I surmise they haven’t updated their items in sometime. Arrived home and as I was pulling the packages from the trunk, heard some barking next door. The two pooches were at the door and their tails were going a mile a minute. So cute. All I had to do was stop and say hi and then they went about whatever.
Suffice to say we will not be driving to Tampa and Brandon in this heat. So tomorrow it will be the Farmer’s Market. I found all the car keys and the house key. Only missing item is the driver’s license. Tonight I will venture into the laundry room to check pockets in all clothing. It has to be here, somewhere. If not, tomorrow MV for sure.
Some of the summer necklaces from Heidi are gorgeous. So are the prices. I will have to wait on those for another day. It will be interesting to see if any will show up on HSN.
