Thank you, it was a good day. Our temperature has been pleasant and the weekend was nice.
I hope you are well, and are enjoying the Spring. I know it can get hot some days, and the weather has been tricky. Here, looks like we are going to get some good rain from the tropical storm out on the Gulf of Mexico.

Hi Oodie – glad you survived your “unusual” storm yesterday. We had ours last night; power stayed on and no trees down.🙏 Sure hope you get spared any major hurricanes this season.

You must be cold blooded because I would be a wilted flower if I let my house get as warm as you. When it hits 80 in the house the air goes on. I do the opposite – air on during the day and once the sun goes down and the outside temps are lower, the air goes off and I open windows. I like sleeping with windows open and the ceiling fan on.

I’m sure you are in the countdown stage for your husband’s surgery. You both will be so happy when it’s all over and he will be walking normal.💕

We had some wind, rain, thunder and lightning last night⛈ but everything stayed up and running. Today is cloudy and cooler. Weather should be nice for the weekend, 70s and partly sunny.

Went for a haircut and to the supermarket, making some kielbasa and sauerkraut for dinner. Also got some cookies and donuts🍪🍩☕ for the morning coffee, my bad.😕 Life’s too short, can’t eat healthy all the time.

Yay for you and your tests!!😄 Those six months come around way too fast. Make your plans to see the family.🥰💖 I will toast one of those drinks to you tonight.🍸💗

Quality vs. Quantity

It is not the quantity of time that matters, but the quality that you experience during each moment.

We live in an age of quantity. The media shapes us with the notion that larger, faster, and more are often synonymous with better. We are told that we need to find more time, more possessions, and more love to be truly happy. A smaller quantity of anything that is high in quality will almost always be more satisfying. A single piece of our favorite chocolate or a thin spread of freshly made preserves can satisfy us more than a full bucket of a product that we aren’t very fond of. Similarly, one fulfilling experience can eclipse many empty moments strung together. It is not the quantity of time that matters, but the quality that you experience during each moment. Every minute is an opportunity to love yourself and others, develop confidence and self-respect, and exhibit courage.

Ultimately, quality can make life sweeter. When you focus on quality, all your life experiences can be meaningful. A modest portion of good, healthy food can nourish and satisfy you on multiple levels and, when organically grown, nourish the earth as well. Likewise, a few hours of deep, restful slumber will leave you feeling more refreshed than a night’s worth of frequently interrupted sleep. A few minutes spent with a loved one catching up on the important details about family, work, or community can carry more meaning than two hours spent watching television together.

Often, in the pursuit of quantity we cheat ourselves of quality. Then again, quantity also plays a significant role in our lives. Certain elements, such as hugs, kisses, abundance, and love, are best had in copious amounts that are high in quality. But faced with the choice between a single, heartfelt grin and a lifetime of empty smiles, most would, no doubt, choose the former. Ultimately, it is not how much you live or have or do but what you make of each moment that counts. AMEN! ✨😘

Hey there in the ‘burgh. 😘✨😎I don’t have to tell you how I feel today. Yeah I had
the 3D Mammogram and the Bone Density my Mammogram was the most important.

You know I jumped for joy after getting my report the good lord is good. 😜💕😘

I did have the appointment on my mind all week. I just wanted it over with.

I enjoy some of the Queen’s Jubilee as I could not sleep it was nice to watch all
the pageantry. 🌹 As I said earlier I feel like the weight of the of world is off my shoulders.

I can truly now just let things go. 😘💕🌹Hey enjoy your day and the same for your
mother and sister. Let me guess hubby is on the Golf Course? 😜

you feel better. I know you may have an appointment today and I hope all goes well.

Oodie I had my 3D Mammogram and Bone Density I am doing fine this appointment
was set up in December I see two other doctors next week all routine. ✨

Oz is cool and sunny I am enjoying the day. I am a wee bit tired because I did not sleep
well as I had things on my mind. I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulder.

I think we are hitting the 70 mark as far as temps go. I am fine with that.

I had a busy morning I did have the 3D Mammogram and Bone Density Test
and everything looks good what a relief I am not joking.

I am a little bit tired because I could not sleep so I watched some of the Queen’s
Jubilee and it was marvelous. 🌹💕 I did have fun doing your birthday gallery as I had
a lot on my mind. I can relax for a while now. 😘😎

watching some of the Queen’s Jubilee early this morning very nice how the planes
