Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

Hi Sheba and all
It is now Tuesday afternoon. Hubby is remarkable. He is fully awake and not in bed. Whatever pain killers they gave him yesterday is still working. He is, for the first time in over a year, walking upright. Now it is a wait game for the signoff again from our physician and the cardiologist. I did make the phone calls only to be told that this has to be forthcoming from the surgeon. I left a message with the surgeon’s assistant and now it is a wait game. I also contacted, or rather, left a message with the physical therapy group to cancel his appointments since the surgery has been postponed. As it stands now, we will not be returning North until we get the OK. Right now I am looking at October unless by miracle, something happens sooner.
Hubby’s memory is intact. He remembers everything and said the care he was given was up and above the ones in Ct. and Savannah, Ga.. He was treated as a king and every test was explained as things went along. The hospital and the corridors were absolutely clean and I can attest to that as well. The Emergency Room he was in was spotless. Nothing on the floor or counters except for the monitors that were needed. Again, I’m so thankful that everything turned out to be better than OK.. I also want to thank you all for your posts and your concerns. We are more than happy campers today. I do not know if his BP meds were the culprits. Next
time I will make sure that he takes them at bedtime, just before midnight, day of surgery. -
