Lady thank you for the Mom Birthday Shout Out. 😘✨My mother had children and grandchildren all around her. Mom went out and had a manicure and pedicure among
other things. 😘✨😎I plan to have a ball when I get to Colorado.

Poppy is doing fine I did get his lab report today from the Vet the call came at 5:30 p.m.
I was waiting by the phone. All the vet see is some liver enzymes they keep a watch on.

I will take Poppy Saturday for some up to date shots and the grooming will be next week. 😎✨
I am relieved 😌. 😘

Good evening to you, been motoring around all day with some projects. We probably will have some rain tomorrow so I wanted to get out today to do my running.👣

To your mom, congratulations on her 80th!!!✨✨🎈🎈 Glad she had a lovely day. She can celebrate again when you’re there. At 80, she deserves two parties.🎂🥂 Let’s drink to that and her!💕💕💕💕

It is another hot and humid day. I am barefoot in the house and I must say that the floor feels real warm. I think tonight I will make a fish stir fry. I have tons of veggies and it all will take under five minutes in the wok. Took some fish out of the freezer and still have scallops and shrimp to add as well. I will freeze the juice from this to make a fish chowder on a cooler day.

I wish your mom a happy belated birthday. It sounds like she had a great day and will celebrate even more when you get there. It’s something she is looking forward to and will relish when the time comes. And I am breathing a sigh of relief that Poppy will be going also. I’m positive that Poppy will become a worry wort when he sees you packing. Wonder if you should purchase a tiny suitcase for him so he can pack some favorite toys and treats. And speaking of Poppy, you should be hearing from the vet shortly on the tests. Like his mom, he will be just as good if not better.

We never make plans for the 4th of July. Suffice to say we will probably chill out on the lanai and watch the fireworks. Seems people around here give us quite a show starting around 9 om
Not sure if it would be all weekend or just on the 4th. There is a possibility that we may go out for homemade ice cream. There are a couple of places that make it from scratch and they do offer sugar free along with sugar free hot fudge.

Well, the sky seems to be clouding up again. I surmise we will have s noisy late afternoon. This is supposed to be a bad one. Only time will tell.

Good afternoon Sheba, are you and Poppy staying cool?
Its about 94, hot and sunny. I want to go out in front and start doing something in the yard.
Even if it’s just to give the plants in the shade a drink of water. What I really want to do is get started on changing things around in the front but I am kind of unsure about my back. Have to see how much I can do before it speaks to me saying ouch. 😁
We get to have a three day weekend, it’s going to be a bit noisy around here with all the fireworks. Every year people have them go off, and since it’s a weekend all through the weekend I am afraid.

Passive Aggressive Behavior

The way to end passive aggressive behavior on your part or others’ is with complete honesty and truth in any situation.

If you’ve ever found yourself repressing your anger and behaving in other ways to get your point across, you may be someone who is adept at engaging in passive-aggressive behavior. Although passive-aggressive behavior is recognized as a psychological disorder, it also describes the behavior that many people use to cope with confrontational situations. Such behavior has the outward appearance of being peaceful, yet it is really an attempt to express oneself in seemingly passive ways — usually without accepting responsibility for doing so. For example, someone who doesn’t want to attend an event with a partner might engage in behavior that causes them to be late or miss the event without ever admitting to their partner that they never wanted to go to the function at all. Procrastination, inefficiency, stubbornness, and sullenness are some of the many ways that anger can be expressed indirectly.

It is important not to judge ourselves when we engage in passive-aggressive behavior. You may want to consider that you are not owning your feelings or your expression by indirectly expressing yourself. Perhaps you are judging your feelings and needs as wrong — which is why you are expressing yourself indirectly. You also may be worried that others will judge you for feeling the way that you do. Remember that anger and every other emotion are never good or bad. They can, however, become toxic of you don’t express them in healthy and proactive ways. When we express ourselves directly, we are more likely to be heard by the other person. It also becomes easier for us to ask for and get what we want.

Once we learn to be honest with ourselves about our feelings, we can begin to directly express ourselves to others. By learning to express ourselves directly, we prevent misunderstandings, hurt feelings, and resentment from cropping up in our relationships. We also learn to communicate with others in healthy and productive ways. It is never too late to start working on ourselves and our behaviors, just take it one day at a time. Amen! ✨✨

Take it easy in the sun and enjoy your book. Mandy Moore said she needed to rest
with this pregnancy the article said she is traveling by bus. I can tell you I would not
like it in the heat and on a bus. I am sure she will make up the concert once the baby
comes I don’t blame her I would have canceled my tour too.😎

My mom had a great birthday with all the bells and whistles I watched it all. I will say
in the near future I will be there in person the family is planning something and hubby
and I along with Poppy will go to Colorado. Still in the planning stages. ✨
