Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎

I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please

I am glad your hand is alright. We have fireworks going off right now they start early
here. Poppy is by my side. The shots are alright for now he is tired. ✨

I know you have a lot on your plate just relax and take it easy.

I enjoyed your video and can see why it iis one of your favorites.

I also forgot to mention that for the back pain, I do stretches. If I am outside, I put my hands on the car and stretch the legs out as far as I can without falling. I stay in this position until the pressure is released. Also when in bed, I raise the knees to the chest and again hold the position to release whatever. I do several. The pain returns after a few minutes, and so I do the exercises all over again. I am finding that the humidity plays quite a bit into the backache. It is also caused by any storms that may be in the area or on it’s way. It looked like rain for most of the day, but unfortunately it headed North.
