Wow…..A gallery of Menorahs. So beautiful. We have ours on top of the stove . All the lights are off and the candles are quite mesmerizing. At this time of year, I really miss getting together. It’s just the cousins left now and we are all over the USA and thus hard for us to get together at any time of year. But of course, there is e-mail, though not the same, it’s nice to hear from loved ones.

We have not gone out. Hubby is tons of pain with his knee and back. I am concerned and therefore have not ventured out. Oh wait, I went out today to get the mail that has been sitting in our box for the last four or five days. I was surprised there were no bills and tons of ads.

The weather here is changing. I have an eye doctor appointment tomorrow. Hubby, I hope, will be able to drive Mrs. Daisy following since she will be blinded with the drops. There’s a prediction for rain and it will help my eye sight. Maybe even go without the sunglasses. It’s probably wishful thinking on my part. My neighbors received their mountains of gifts which I purchased through Costco. I received a thankyou from the neighbor in Ct who is still going through the boxes. I sent each of them the gifts from The Fruit Company. I have had absolutely no luck sending fruit from Florida. You cannot imagine how disappointed I was upon hearing they had to toss almost the entire package. And, we sent one to ourselves the following year and now we know the rest of the story.

I’m hoping we will be able to stop at Costco following the appointment. I promised hubby a hotdog and soda. I am almost positive that next week Costco will have a buffet of sorts for the upcoming New Year.

No workers yet and right now I am thankful for that. Will let you know when I hear something.

So happy Charlie made a visit. Maybe you and hubby can drive to his home if it’s too cold to put him over the fence. I am wondering if those other cats have a home and just stop by for an after dinner treat or maybe they do not eat at home. Take care of yourself and stay safe.

Hello Sheba, that’s good news about your doctor’s visit. Hubby and I will have are eyes check in January.
You must of been smelling the short ribs I made yesterday. Today I made Polenta to go with the short ribs. 😋😋😋😋
I cleared the dinning table and the large island in the kitchen in preparation for the Panettones I will make this week. So I can place all the ingredients needed.
Family in Brazil received their gifts except the Panettones I ordered f9r each house hold, which should be there before Christmas 🎄.

Sis is a little better, no worse. I decided to let her go to the hockey game on Thursday with my husband. I’ve been to so many and this will give her an evening out of the house and being with mom 24/7 – kind of an extra Christmas gift.💝 She deserves it.

We made our plans for Christmas eve but that could change with the weather. Our high that day is now 14 and we may have snow/ice so will take it hour by hour.🥶 Not going to drive on bad roads for a dinner that we can do any time. Crazy cold.🥶🤪🥶

Good afternoon in the ‘burgh. I had a early morning appointment with my PC this morning.
I totally forgot about it last night. I am doing great and I do not have to see anyone until
next year me happy camper. 😎

How are you today? Sorry about the Hockey Team next game they will nail it.
Hey my Chiefs squeaked by very close game and a nail biter. 😜Yep, I left the room
on that last quarter my husband ears need to be protected because I can get loud. 😎😜
