Hello Oodie, lady you have your hands full and you are worried about me! I wish I could hug you and give you a kiss on each cheek like the Italians and Brazilians do.
I am glad things are coming along for your husband. Soon enough the doctors will have him ready for your trip up North.
Oodie take it easy, don’t try to do too much. Sometimes we think this and that needs to get done and we end up harming ourselves. Be careful outside don’t do things in this heat, it’s not safe for us at our age.

Good evening I see things are moving along for hubby. Oodie time will pass so fast
August will be here. ✨

I have been on the phone with relatives today we are all talking about our father. This
time last year my husband lost his brother so these days are little stressed. I know in
time this will pass. Oodie Oz is in the 90’s as I type this post. Yikes!!!

Well Trivia tomorrow like you where did time go. I had a super busy day today.

Oodie I also lost my two Aunts three days apart my mother’s sisters that is a lot to
process. I am dealing I just try to keep busy. ✨

Stay cool and I am hoping you get some gentle rain.

Hi. Really happy that you are OK. I was concerned until I saw the weather forecast for your area. Your plants must be enjoying the rain and giving you a break from doing the outdoor chores. I just noticed that our weeds are growing real fast, so will be out and about over the weekend. That is, if I can get up early enough before the sun and humidity do their thing.

We met with the surgeon this morning along with his two assistants. Hubby has a surgery date the second week in August. Meanwhile he recommended that he see a neurologist due to the stroke he had in July and what he called a delirious state of mind. This I had attributed to two many BP meds. He had taken the pills around 11 pm the night prior to surgery and again at 6:30 am prior to leaving for the hospital and of course administering the blockage. All this on an empty stomach. But, then again, I am not a doctor and not a medical professional. It’s just a gut feeling I have. Between now and July 29th, he must meet with a neurologist and the assistants will take care of that as well. Probably will hear from the neurologist’s office sometime next week.

We were hoping to have brunch at one of our local places that open only for breakfast and lunch. Instead, we decided to return home for a few minutes and then venture out. That never materialized. Both of us fell sound asleep only to wake up in time for dinner. We will definitely try again tomorrow. Funny, though, today would have been a good day to go out and about. Temp felt like the mid 80s with no humidity. The word DELIGHTFUL comes to mind. We did, however, had a thunderstorm with loads of rain. The weeds will certainly take advantage of this along with the plants. Guess I will do my thing either tomorrow early am or wait until the weekend.

Tomorrow is Trivia. Cannot believe it is here already. Days are going too fast. Have a great evening and enjoy your walk with Poppy if the humidity and heat are not too bad. Take care and continue to stay safe.

Good Afternoon Sheba, I hope you and Poppy are keeping cool and hydrated.
It’s a hot day ….I guess that’s the temperature we all will be having for a good while, hot, hot and more heat. I just hope this year down here we can have a time between Summer and Winter to open the windows and allow fresh air in.
It seems its always to hot or to cold and nothing in between.
The wind just picked up and looks like we are in for a storm. Rain will be most welcome.
