Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

Hello Sheba, I am glad you are enjoying the summer. I believe our planet will be giving us extrem heat in the summer and extreme cold in the Winter. It’s most likely a way the Earth is asking for help.
Today we had a real good down pour, right in the middle of the day. It came early today and it lasted for a good 15 minutes. The plants were happy, then the Sun came out.
The Cardinals are having a good time in the backyard. There’s a few of them, at least two males and females. They take turns on the bird feeder, along with the other birds around. I also place seeds on the ground for the doves.
The other day we had a small Zoo, Cardinals, Doves, Rabbits, and Opossum. The Opossums show up at night.
Take care Sheba🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 -
My day sounds like yours. A little this and that, ran to the local market, drug store and post office. Your meal is not boring, I am making salads with tuna on top. I think we are living in the same house, lol!🏡
Sis took mom for her dentist appointment🦷 and then they ran to Costco. Mom needs nothing, they eat out all the time, she must think the great depression is coming. When sis goes home for two months, the only things that come out of her freezer is ice cream, frozen dinners and a couple hot dogs.🍦🍱🌭
We had some nice rain overnight and into the morning so maybe some of the brown grass will turn green. Even the UK is having record temps near 100. Summer is everywhere.🌞🔥 The island drinks will sure hit the spot.🍹🌴🍹

I had all intentions of going to Costco, but some chores came first. One of those was throwing some boxes into the container for recycling. It is hot as blazes out there. The humidity is 100% and the temp in the mid 90s. I was outside for five minutes and within minutes started coughing . There is no breeze. Instead I will stay home with the air purifier which is now making me sane. However, I do need to go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescript for hubby and to return an item to Amazon through the UPS store which is in the same area. I definitely need to stop at Costco for water and a fan and of course a myriad of other things that look good and some I don’t need but they end up in my basket anyway. I will go to Costco before the heat sets in tomorrow.
Last night we tried a new Asian Restaurant that is a hole in the wall. Anything you order comes in a bowl. What I found really interesting is that your entre comes with a salad that is not saturated in a dressing. Both of us ordered unsweetened iced tea with lemon. The tea was Asian and ever so mild. It either had to be Jasmine or Oolong. The dinner was absolutely amazing. Yep, everything in a huge bowl. Not one morsel left for a “doggie” bag. Sorry Poppy, I did try to leave you some chicken and beef. What really was a great surprise was that you could choose white rice or brown rice. I decided on the brown and it wasn’t overcooked. I had the Osaka that included shrimp, chicken and beef. It will be our go to place every now and then. Best of all, not far from our home. Took us 10 minutes because we had to stop at all the lights.
Not sure what we will have for dinner. I am thinking fish stir fry or chicken salad. Your turkey sandwich made me hungry and I am out of salmon both fresh and canned.
Enjoy your walk tonight. I think this week is a full moon.

Your Soul’s Evolution
The more you release, the more you grow, and the more your soul will evolve.
From the moment we are born, our souls may feel heavy because they are carrying the weight of all we have lived, loved, and learned in our past incarnations. It is only when we actively seek to work through our issues that we can lighten the load and our souls can evolve. Divesting ourselves of what no longer serves us, such as unwarranted fear, the inability to feel empathy, or self-limiting behaviors, are just some of the many challenges we may face in this lifetime. While some issues we face are easier to deal with because they are the final remains of residue from a past life, other issues offer greater challenges because we are meant to work through them throughout this lifetime.
Often, we expect ourselves to recover quickly from difficult or painful circumstances. When we do not or cannot, we may feel emotionally inept or hopeless. The evolution of the soul, however, is an ongoing process that can take many lifetimes. It is a matter of accepting that even when we do our best there are going to be situations, people, and outcomes that we cannot control. It is also important to remember that your experiences now may be setting the groundwork for future healing — whether in this lifetime or the next one. The more you release in each time, the more you grow and the more your soul will evolve.
Although it is not always possible to work through all of our issues in a single lifetime, it is important that we confront what we are called to face in this life and do the work we need to do. It is also important to remember that the most effective way to let your soul grow is to be an active participant in life. Be present in each moment and your soul will do this work for you. ✨✨
