Good afternoon Sheba, this heat just dries everything. I was outside watering the front plants. I hope you are keeping cool, hydrated and don’t forget to eat. I hope you are feeling better today. As you already know very important to eat and drink water.
I don’t like the can tuna we find at the grocery stores. I also never learned to like mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup or pickles.
I made an order of tuna for my hubby called Natural Catch. It’s poll and line caught, you can see the difference, taste the difference. I had ordered 6 cans, I liked it packed in Olive oil. I absolutely love it, it’s really delicious. It’s what I have been eating for lunch lately. It’s just enough for a light meal. It also comes packed in water and they also have a spicy one.
I eat right out of the can, sometimes with a piece of bread or just some fruit.
So I ordered more and some Sardines too. The Sardines have 10% Iron and good with crackers.

We had a big storm yesterday afternoon, rain, wind and a lot of hail.⛈ No trees down at my house, just some small branches and leaves. But my road was partially closed as there was part of a tree hanging over the road. Lights flickered but did not go out, although many lost power. These heat related storms are brutal. Haven’t seen that much hail in years. It will be in the mid 90s today.🔥 May get more storms overnight.

Plan on grilling for dinner.🥩🍄🌽Husband will be a wet noodle when he comes home from golf. This week should be a tad cooler. My niece is here from Georgia so will be going out to lunch with her, SIL and grandson this week before she leaves. Hugs to my favorite family in Oz.🤗💖
