I love the layered look and I have many expensive jackets and coats and they serve me
well in this cold. I am talking real wool and real material to keep you warm. 😎🌹

Sheba, Just think of all the lovely sweaters and jackets you get to wear plus scarfs and gloves!
I am a sweater person at heart. When we lived in RI I remember a trip we took to a sweater mill. We all ended up with the same sweater style in the same color way for a few winters.
Glad you have some kids home and hope you all had a great time!

Not real sure right now about another fur baby. My husband would go out tomorrow to get one but I look ahead and don’t want to face another heartbreak. I’ve done this six times and with getting older and mom’s age, I can see lots of work ahead for me. Don’t want to get another “kid” and not have the time to devote to him/her. But again, I’ll never say never.

Busy week for me. I am having friends over on Wednesday so I will be cooking and cleaning tomorrow. Thursday we are meeting other friends for lunch at the casino. All this last minute stuff for the holidays and before the new year.🥳
