No rain today, But yesterday on and off for most of the day. Nothing really accomplished except for laundry. Still not sure what will happen tomorrow. Hubby has to be at the hospital by 9:45 am, though surgery is not scheduled until after lunch. I assume it is to meet with the Case Manager and to decide where hubby goes following surgery. I assume it will either be an overnight hospital stay or one or two weeks in rehab. I think the rehab is to help me out so I can get something accomplished. At least, that is what I have been told.

Hello Sheba, I hope you are having a great Sunday afternoon.
Another day of thunder storms and rain, it’s been almost every day now. However I will take a thunder storm rather than a hurricane.
We took an Uber to the grocery store to get hubby’s medications. And took the opportunity to get a few things. Mostly fruit and some vegetables which I enjoy looking at and picking just the right ones. The other items I will order on line and prefer to have it delivered. Especially the heavy items, hubby can’t lift much yet.

Good afternoon to you. Have spaghetti boiling in the pot right now for dinner with a small salad.🍝🥗 Hoping your Chiefs start the season off right.🏈 Watching the men’s tennis final.

We had some rain overnight and this morning so my plants are happy, too.😊 Taking mom again tomorrow to order a chair and, hopefully, a rug and we will be done. She has already asked me for help with Christmas gifts so that will be next.

Yesterday while we were eating in a restaurant my husband brought up Jake. Both of us had tears coming down.😥 Don’t know why we can’t get over him. So I’m sending the hugs and kisses I would be giving him to Poppy.🤗🥰🐶
