Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎

😮😮😮😮 I wrote the temperatures (F) needed for making the Mascarpone cheese, but HSN did not allow me to use the type (name) of temperatures. It’s not Celsius it’s the temperature we use here in the USA. 😀😀😀

Hello Sheba, it’s Friday! Almost ready for Halloween, just have to do a few things. I was thinking of making a few cookies , or little cakes that I can insert into small cellophane bags and close with tides. I purchased candy and snacks, not sure if it’s enough.
Today I made homemade Mascarpone Cheese. It’s very easy, you just need heavy whipping cream and fresh lemon juice. You just heat the cream on low/medium heat stirring until you reach 176 add the lemon juice and stir until you reach 186.8 , and it becomes somewhat slightly thicker. Refrigerate after cooling overnight. Then place into a colander with cheesecloth to drain overnight again. It gives you a thick but smooth mascarpone cheese😋
