Conversation – 17
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

Good afternoon to you. Decided to make a pot of tortellini soup🥣 for dinner so it is simmering now. Will have enough for two days so no cooking tomorrow.
Crazy election day, I don’t think we will know in PA who some of the winners are for days/weeks because of problems with mail-in ballots. I’m just so thrilled the non-stop commercials are done!😁
We are getting together with the two nephews and their families this Sunday so looking forward to that.🥰 Should be a good time. Sending hugs to all at your house.🤗💖

Let It Roll off Our Back
When we are criticized or attacked it is important to not take it into our heart space.
Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our thoughts that we wind up going around and around in circles, finding it difficult to concentrate on things and, because we are so distracted, not really accomplishing much. There may be signals — mental, emotional, or physical — that tell us we need to slow down and relax. Since we are so involved in things that are external to us, however, we may easily overlook what is really going on inside of us. It is during these times that we need to step back from the things that occupy our minds and take a moment to connect with our inner self, giving our minds, bodies, and spirits the time they need to re-energize and heal.At first it may seem that by taking a break, we may not be as productive as we would initially like. In reality, a healthy period of rest is something that gives us a real sense of the unlimited nature of our true potential. Spending a couple of minutes walking outside, doing a few yoga poses, meditating, or simply becoming attuned to the rising and falling of our breath enables us to let go of our worries. This act brings our focus back to the things that are truly essential for us, such as our sense of oneness with the universe and our inner peace and well-being. As we begin to get in touch with this part of ourselves, we will find that our usual everyday troubles and worries become less critical and that we not only have much more room in our lives to really reflect on the issues that mean the most to us, but we are also able bring a much more positive and healthy outlook to the rest of our lives.
Giving ourselves respite from our daily concerns is like giving a gift to ourselves. By stepping away from the problems that seem to saturate our thoughts, we lessen the weight of our troubles and instead become more receptive to the wisdom and answers the universe has to offer us. AMEN! ✨✨✨

Good afternoon in Florida. I got the surprised of my entire week. Hubby saw Charlie
outside and brought him in and unbeknown to me I came into the kitchen and there
he was. I was so filled with joy just seeing him and it seems like he was happy to be there. 💕✨My plans for Thanksgiving is I have a few relatives coming over. I am still making plans for
Colorado I just may surprise everyone and post from the Mountains or wherever I am in
Colorado. 😘💕I have so much going on this month and next.Oz will have rain and we need it. How is the family in Brazil? I love hearing you share
what is going on with them. How is the baby? What are you cooking today? My what a
great baker you are. 😘💕My mom would always bake her bread when we were younger

brutal. I have very fond memories of my childhood. 💕 Also as a young kid we lived in
