Conversation – 17
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe.

@Sheba🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁
🍁🍁🍁
Hello Sheba, it’s has rain for most of the day. Sometimes the wind would gust, and out flag in front would snap back and forth. Because of the storm, it’s going to rain throughout this week and schools will be close on Thursday.
At times I do miss not being in a city like Washington, DC. I liked living there, and thr convinced of having everything at near by. Walking to the National Zoo, George Town only 20 minutes away. Nearby restaurants, dancing, concerts anything and everything.
🍁
I spoke with my nephew and his wife, they send more videos of the baby. So cute, and those deep blue eyes are just beautiful. My niece, the older of three girls and a male, just had a birthday, she turned 53.

That was a lovely surprise you got from Charlie. Like I said, he prefers to be in your home with you. I know he feels a lot more comfortable there.
Your get together with your family for Thanksgiving will be awesome. And if you surprise your mom take lots and lots of pictures.
🍁
It’s raining out there, and it’s to continue all night. I haven’t seen the smaller Rabbit after hurricane Ian came through. Only seem the large one, comes by to eat, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the late afternoon.
Take care Sheba 🍁 -
It is very windy on the Gulf Coast. I checked the lanai for movable objects and it was spitting rain. The wind wasn’t too bad, but will be worse tomorrow morning and into Thursday. The lights have been flickering, but so far we have electricity.
Looking for the notebook I was using for info pertaining to the Hurricane. I’m hoping it’s in with a pile of paperwork on the floor and elsewhere. At least, for now, the clutter is gone from the desk and as for the pile, I am going through it as I type. I even found the plastic containers that will hold the info we need.
I also will be contacting the building inspector. I have no idea if the framework for the den is safe. I also have no idea if we have to wait for the roof to be removed in order to judge the two areas that took a beating during the hurricane. I also do not like that the den door flies opened even though it is locked in place. How long it is was ajar, I have no idea.
Just be careful when you are heading to Colorado. Watch the weather. they may be having a snow event that could make your drive a bit precarious. The wind and rain that we will be experiencing is heading North and both homes are in the path of the storm. This tropical storm is huge. though it will be hitting the East Coast around Miami and North, the Eastern edge will reach out to us on the Gulf. Though the wind and rain will be nothing like Ian, it will still give us a punch. Luckily, the people North will be experiencing this as a rain event. Too warm for snow or ice.
Glad Charlie returned. I just hope he will be OK when you head to Colorado. Well, back to work.
