Hi Oodie, how are you and your husband doing? I hope your area doesn’t get a lot of rain. I am concerned about that mold a noticed. Put on a mask on and nip it in the bud with bleach water. It’s a must, don’t let it grown another day.
It’s been raining off and on throughout the day. Now that’s night, it’s started to rain more.
It’s been one crazy year, the weather is off it’s tracks now days. I don’t remember a hurricane hitting Florida in November.

Hello Sheba, I am sorry you have a head cold. I hope you feel better by the time you go to bed. Waking up tomorrow feeling great. Have you tried an old fashioned way of bring a pot of water to a boil and throwing in a bunch of Rosemary. And just breathing in the vapors? Well please don’t mind my ignorance, I don’t know what it is the have sinus and head colds. One of my niece in Brazil is constantly having problems with sinus.The older one, who just turned 53 on the 5th of November.
It’s been cloudy during the day and raining off and on. Now at night started to rain more. My hope it changes corse and stays more in the Eastern part, and not raining where Oodie is at. I read her post about the mold, it’s concerning.

I have a head cold and I am dealing with it tonight. Rare I get a head cold. Sheesh!

Good Afternoon. Actually it is early evening. I spent a good part of today looking for hubby’s wallet. I looked everywhere and even cleaned his side of the room to no avail. Finally, just about a half hour ago, I noticed hubby had his shorts on backwards and decided to put my hand down one of his pockets. And guess what, up came the wallet. And now, though the stores are opened late, I am too tired to budge. So, hopefully, there will be another sale before the frig gives out all together when the prices are no longer reflecting a sale.

Weather right now is very humid with the temps in the mid 80s. It is quite windy and raining pretty hard, though the tropical storm won’t be here until later this evening. I suspect we will probably lose electricity sometime tonight or tomorrow. Well, one thing for certain, the house is shaping up in a good way.

I found the notebook with the info I needed and contacted our insurance company this morning. They are also interested in the safety of our den structure. They need additional info and will contact the claims manager and the adjustor who came out the week following the storm. I am in a quandary as to what to do. Suffice to say I am to wait a few days and they will let me know an answer if at all possible. I was about to contact the housing inspector, but was told that was their job. Good. One thing I do not need to worry about. One thing I noticed this evening was that mold is beginning to show on the edges of the ceiling and there are a few spots on the paneling (which is outdoor vinyl siding. Thankfully, I have all the paperwork on the new loveseat which may be tossed. So far the other rooms are OK.
