Saw you posting about an hour ago.. Then had to start dinner before doing anything else. We did have a good crowd last night. I feel for FBN. I hope he has a mild case and read my note alog with xango. No fun having Covid. I pray everyday that we all stay well.

For dinner tonight I decided on a stir fry. I made some Angel Hair and in a wok added a bit of oil and some of my chicken broth for flavor. I added garlic, baby carrots cut up, daikon, cauliflower, broccoli, bok choy and all kinds of fish (shrimp, calamari, scallops, clams, etc.. It looks good enough to eat. I am absolutely famished.

Hubby’s knee is really bothering him today. We were scheduled to go to Costco and had to change plans. Will try tomorrow. Also my back gave me a twinge and had to sit down from time to time while making the stir fry. I pray nothing got burnt.

It was sunny today. I wonder if tomorrow will be some rain. That definitely will be the reason why I couldn’t stand for any length of time. Or, could it be another cold front is approaching. I will check the report later.
