A good Afternoon to you Sheba. Congratulations on your 17th thread. It is so good to open up your post each day and have such wonderful conversations.
I am sure your home is all decked up and lots of good things happening getting ready for your Thanksgiving celebration. I am glad your family members will be joining you and your husband.
It is Friday and Trivia tonight should be fun, with and without questions. We always have are fun with laughs and conversations. See you in Trivia, till then take care Sheba.

Hi to you in chilly Oz from the chilly ‘burgh.🥶 I don’t know if we will get out of the 30’s today, maybe 40? The weekend should be a little better if the breezes calm down.

My husband went to Sam’s this morning before the rush to get a couple Thanksgiving things and some items for the house. I will make a pumpkin pie for mom’s and a fruit pie for home, probably berry.🥧 Or a pumpkin cheesecake.😋

Mom’s tomorrow, nephew’s on Sunday. That will take care of my weekend. Stay warm by your fire.🔥 Love the mom and her pups!💗🤗

Returning to Creative Dreams

Take the time to reclaim your creativity, and watch your life blossom as a result.

As children, many of us entertained fantasies or even goals of being an actor, singer, dancer, artist, or musician. In some cases, we received enough encouragement to develop our abilities in those creative arenas, but somewhere along the way we stopped. This stopping may have been due to circumstances beyond our control or to our own unconscious acts of self-sabotage. Being creative can be scary in a world that seems to value logic over imagination and practicality over dreaming. We can forgive ourselves for shutting down or turning our attention away from our inner artist, but perhaps we can also take steps to reclaim our dreams.

In certain times and places, developing a creative ability was considered an important part of being a well-rounded human being. It was not necessary to be a professional or a masterly genius, because the act of creativity was valued in and of itself. Its gifts are manifold — from the sheer pleasure of allowing our imaginations free reign to sharing and enjoying the fruits of our labor. Children share drawings and songs freely, without self-consciousness, and there is no reason why we cannot do the same thing. You may already be remembering some lost form of expression, such as making jewelry or writing songs. Your soul may be responding with an energetic lift as it feels its way back to a time when it was allowed to express itself freely. Your brain, on the other hand, may be throwing up obstacles, like the idea that you are too old or do not have the time.

The truth is, you are not too old, and if you have time to pick up a pen, you have time to make a doodle or write a haiku. Recognize that the obstacles you find before you have arisen from a place of fear and that they will wane in power every time you do something creative. Each creative act takes you deeper into a realm of beauty and magic, a realm that you have every right to return to and reclaim. Amen to that. ✨✨

Good morning in S. Cali and welcome to the new Thread. 😎✨I did everything off the top
of my head. 😜

Oz is in the low 30’s today and there is a chill in the air. Poppy went for a short walk today
I really had to bundle up. I wear my Ugg Boots out to keep me warm and I can walk
briskly. 😎

How are the games going for you? I am almost at three million tickets I play when time
permits.

Hope this gets you in that Holiday mood. 😘✨ Taci you were among the first to post
on this thread thank you for all your support through some of the difficult times of my
life. I appreciate you so much. Taci I have not forgotten about your mother. 🌹💕

Good morning in Florida and welcome to the new Conversation Thread. 😎✨ I have
now done 17 Conversations Threads and I am going into my 8th year of doing this.

I know people may wonder why does she do this everyday and I have answered for
the past almost 8 years because this give me a chance to not focus on things in life
that I cannot control. 🌹✨ This is a Shopping Network I am not on social media.

Xango some social media I have never been on our kids who are young loves social media.
I am not too keen on it this is the only media I post on. 😎✨

Well it is the weekend before the big day I have a couple of family members coming
over and I am making sure they are safe they have had their vaccination.
