One of my favorite movies was on today, Jaws. Caught some of it. Jaws2 is on now. Jaws came out the summer i was at the beach a lot. Have lots of fond memories.

Housework went on the back burner today. Good day to pay bills and play catch up on much needed paperwork. Still haven’t been to the dollar store and as for turkey on Thursday, we decided to have either turkey burgers or roast a chicken. I just didn’t feel like rushing to purchase or to stand in long lines. Not my forte with Covid still doing it’s thing.

Tomorrow hubby has his physical therapy. Tempted to stop at the Farmer’s Market to pick up some fruit and veggies. Stopping will depend upon hubby’s energy and pain level. By the way, this market makes a real hot Jalapeno loaf bread. This last one was the best yet. Thought of your hubby and wish there was a way to send him a loaf. This one was hot, hot, hot. It’s the first market I have ever been to where the bakery does make their own bread and pies and other delights. Yes, like everywhere else the prices continue to go up. But the best part, when the prices do relax, so will they.

I am a little concerned with hubby’s heart issues. I really thought things were OK. Yes, he did have a minor infraction where he felt an elephant was on his chest. He refused to go to the doctor or to even make a phone call. So I did and he met with our physician. The infraction was so minor that the doctor felt there would be no tear or scar tissue. This happened over 30 years ago. It wasn’t until last week when he had a PT appointment that he was told that strenuous exercise was out of the question because of his heart. He mentioned this like it was mind over matter. But, it has stayed with me. I am very concerned and will bring this up next week. Meanwhile, we will begin walking in the AM. Because of the arthritis will not venture far. His leg does give way every now and then. But, walking may help both conditions. Hmm….do you think a dog is in our future???? Maybe two dogs. One for me so I know there is a knock at the door or the phone is ringing when I’m not in the same area. By the way, speaking of pooches. Did you see the button they use that tells you they want a treat or they want to go out? It’s cute. Supposedly, it works.

The floor in the bathroom really looks divine. It makes the room. Guess I better think about purchasing a new vanity and a few other pieces to bring the room together.

Yes, I really am missing the house on the Cape and my neighbors. We will be asking when next week, but think we would be better off waiting until March or April to make the drive. May be better for hubby ‘if we wait and see. Also with Covid on the rise again, not sure. You would think the pandemic would be old news by now. Sometimes I wonder if there are other forces keeping it alive and well.
