So happy all went well today, I just knew it in my mind and heart.🥰💗 Great news for the new year. Now if we could only get the same for this darn virus. It’s getting very tiresome.😣

Cleaned most of the day for my company tomorrow. Mom is feeling fine, we decided to go out for Christmas eve dinner. Upscale Italian restaurant that we’ve been to other Christmas eves. Early dinner and mass after that so we can sleep in on Christmas morning. All of this, weather permitting.

Stay cozy by the fire, we are in the 20’s tonight.🥶 Sending you and Poppy warm hugs.🤗

Olá and Feliz Natal Sheba🌲🌲🌲, I wish I could send some warmth over to you. Today we are in the 80’s and the air conditioner is on. That is some very cold weather, in the 20’s.
So glad for you, to hear good news on your doctor’s visit. It’s the start of an amazing new year to come. A new year with great changes for the better, that will bring a new light and wonderful vibes of good.
Tomorrow I am going to get my booster, husband took the day off so he can take me. After that we are stopping by a supermarket called Seabra Foods. Orlando area has two of them, it will be our first time there. I want to get a particular plant they suppose to carry. My car, I have no more, we donated it to charity.
Have a good visit with the surgeon tomorrow. And tell the surgeon to have a good life but, you don’t want to see him/her again 😜😜 in a good way 😊😊.

Pure Thoughts

The longer we are able to hold a positive thought, the stronger that energy around us becomes.

If we make no effort at all, our thoughts usually scatter in a vast array of directions. They start and stop and move in surprising ways from one second to the next. If we try to follow our thoughts without controlling them, we will be amazed at how truly inconsistent they are. Yet, if we apply our minds to a specific task, especially one that interests us, they gather together and allow us to focus our attention, creating great power and energy. This is what is known as pure thought, because it is undistracted.

The law of attraction — like attracts like — influences all energy, including our thoughts, and this is what makes pure thought so potent. Our undistracted thoughts create a powerful magnet that draws similar energy into our vibrational field. As a result, the longer we are able to hold positive thoughts in our minds, the more powerful the positive energy around us becomes. We don’t need to focus on action and controlling so much when we are surrounded by energy that draws what we want toward us. We can simply respond to the opportunities that naturally come our way. When this is the essence of our experience, we can go with the flow, knowing that we will be okay.

If pure thought is a body, it is our emotions that supply the heart that can really bring it to life. Our thoughts and feelings exist in relation to one another, and they form a feedback loop through which they communicate and empower each other. When we hold a thought in our mind without being distracted, we have achieved pure thought. When we have a positive emotional response to that thought, we enable it to dance and move and breathe itself into existence. AMEN! ✨✨✨

All went well today so the most important appts. are over and the rest is to make sure. 😜
Very cold morning I went out extra early and Poppy high tailed it to his spot and shortly
after I left for the doctor and labs. Poppy was waiting by the door when I came in the door.

Have fun with your get together tomorrow. Please thank your mother for me and I am wishing
her a great weekend I hope she is back on her feet. ✨

I love buying new things for children for Christmas we did several and it was fun
picking out what they wanted. 😘💕

Taci this is December and all appointments will be over the most important ones are over
that is the Mammogram and the Oncologist Lab Report which was done this morning.
I am doing great. I want to thank you so much for all your support during the last two years
and all your support for almost eight years it means a lot to me. 😘💕

When I do my evening walk I see a lot and the beauty is like you said even more so.

I had a good check up with the Oncologist and labs this is all part of my group.
Thank you so much for your support during the last two years I can’t believe it has
been that long. I am feeling good for you because at least your husband is trying
and is aware of what he needs to do. I just wish you had someone there with you.

Oodie remember my dad went through some of the things but he had lots of help.

Good afternoon in Florida. ✨😘😎My goodness we were in the 20’s when I left home
this morning. I had an appointment with my Oncologist and labs things are looking
great. My Oncologist is the head of my breast cancer team. I see the surgeon tomorrow
and he will sign off on the mammogram and hopefully I never have to see him again.
I mean that in a good way. ✨😘These are just year end check ups.

What a wonderful neighbor you are to make such goodies. 💕💕
I hope they enjoy the Panettone Bread.
