I just read your note on the Dragon fruit. The price was a lot lower than our farmer’s market. I like it either alone or mix it with blueberries or any fruit to enjoy. I sometimes add it to eggs while in the pan over low to medium heat. Yes, I cook with it. You can also mix it with bananas. Try it different which ways. Remember to cut it in half and scoop out the inside. You also need to keep it out for a few days to ripen more. Then refrigerate until you are ready to use it. It will keep in the frig for a few days to at least two weeks. I also air fry it with fish, meats, etc.. I learned to cook the fruit because I could not tolerate whatever they used for big removal. Washing it did not remove their solutions.

Now I wonder if there is something going around. I was up early am with sinus problems. It ended with a migraine. Luckily I took the meds at the beginning and it kicked in. I was supposed to drive hubby to physical therapy this morning but just felt awful. Like you, feverish. Called and cancelled the appointment. Just before dinner my energy level returned. Have no idea what it was. Not sure if it was an allergic reaction to something I ate. Whatever hit was, it’s long gone.

Sheba, yes that is the plant. It’s very bitter and have great properties for your health.
So does the Dragon Fruit, I will give it another try.
I am sure it’s no fun having lab work done. Soon you will not have anymore need for it.
I am going to bed early tonight, I walked to much. And my arm feels slightly sore. I was a little warm earlier, slightly feverish. Going to get a good night’s rest.

a little try like mixing it and making a smoothie it helps keep the glucose down. I like
to keep an eye on everything I eat. 😎😎

Is this the plant? If it has a lovely smell so much the better.

I cannot give anymore labs or I will be a vampire before long. 😜

Good Evening and Buon Natale Sheba🌲🌲🌲  how was your day? I known you had your appointment with the surgeon.
I am glad it all went well, like I said before a great start to the new year. And a great time to celebrate.
I got up at 7AM today, that’s worst than pulling teeth for me. I had gone to be at 2AM but just couldn’t sleep. By the time I fell asleep I think I got two hours of it.

 The ride had lots of traffic and it was foggy, no Sun in sight.  I had to walk a bit inside the hospital to get to the area. I asked the nurse if it was a half of the dose of the J&J vaccine,  she said  it was a full dose. They made me wait 15 minutes then we were off to Seabra Foods in Hunter’s Creek. I was like a child in a candy store. We each took a large cart, and by the time we finished both carts was full to the top.
I found the famous Dragon Fruit, $1.99 each,  I got two.  I had one today for the first time, well I was not impressed.  I don’t like Kiwi fruit either, so I will stick with Passion Fruit, Mango  and Papaya😄😄.  I was expecting high prices and was very surprised. I was able to get lots of fresh vegetables, fruits,  meats and a variety of sausages. Cheeses, breads, they also have prepared food which we got for our lunch.  I was able to get five Aruda plants. It’s a very particular plant that you either love it or hate it. It has a very strong smell, and I absolutely love it.
And again we were in the 80’s and yes the A/C is still on.  You won’t hear me  complain, just two or three days of cold weather I am asking  for the warm weather.
So very glad all your results were of a positive good news….that’s a wonderful holiday season for you and your family.
