Had my hair done today and I must say it looks rather spiffy. It is starting to grow and thicken nicely. Best of all Hubby gave me two thumbs up. Feels good to do something for yourself now and then.

It was so nice talking to the lady in the car next to mine. It was if an angel came down and told her to let me know that the doctor we have knows what he is doing. We shall see what next week brings. I will also ask about medication that would help with the pain. However one thing he should mention is that the knee gives way every now and then. I’m just afraid if there isn’t anything to hang on to when out and about he could fall and cause major whatever.

You will be happy to know that I cleared an entire counter area, small that it is, in the kitchen. I just washed the area and I will use the Lysol towels before seeing where everything will go. One thing for sure is that I no longer want a cluttered mess.

Congratulations on your last doctor’s visit. Are you through with this one forever or do you return next year? To help I saw a magnificent white cloud on the way to Aldi’s this afternoon and it had a silver lining going right through it. Simply majestic. Hope it means that everything will be OK and we can go out and about as if nothing happened.

The Gulf coast was cloudy today. Actually, it was low hanging fog that kept the sun out until the afternoon. We do need some rain and hope it will come soon, but not all at once. I hear the kitchen calling my name, so it’s on to that adventure. Cannot wait to take the Ninja out of the box. Also cannot wait to purchase all the goodies for the smoothies. Oh, before I forget, Aldi’s did not have any dragon fruit. geezzzzzz. No papaya either and also no mangos. Blueberries were over $3 a pint. Prices are going up. No bananas and no pineapple. Farmer’s Market here we come.

Ran out early this morning because I decided to get a gift for me. I normally don’t shop at all in December but I wanted a new pair of athletic shoes. Found a comfy pair, cute colors of light gray and pink. Before you say it, yes, I have a couple other new pairs from my working days but one is all white and the other all black. I wanted something a little more modern and colorful.👟👟

As of today, BIL to be discharged next Monday with a dialysis schedule. So he will be home for Christmas 🤞 and my SIL won’t have to keep running back and forth.🙏 All I can say is I hope.

Husband going to hockey game tonight so I will toast your good health with whatever I decided to have while watching the game.🏒🥂 Love you!💗

Buon Natale Sheba, how is your day going? Today we are partly cloudy and 80 degrees.
I am still organizing the baking ingredients, items and deciding what to do first. I know the days are going through fast.
But, when you and Oodiebom stops by I will have plenty of goodies to enjoy.
I decided to change some things around after I already had decorated. Ended up doing things over and putting down some carpets we had in Jacksonville which we had them cleaned this pass summer.
Got up earlier than usual , now I am tired and hungry 😄😜

Willingness to Feel

When we are resisting something based on a limited understanding, we must then open ourselves to willingness.

There are times when we may find ourselves struggling or even fighting with our thoughts and emotions. We may feel that something must be done in a certain way or not at all, or there may be some other situation that feels absolutely black and white. But life is not this way — it’s the way we are looking at our experiences that is causing the turmoil within us. When we become aware that the struggle we are having is with ourselves, we can turn our attention to the source in order to solve the problem, but we must be being willing to look where we need to and feel emotions that may make us uncomfortable at first. Then we can choose to really open ourselves to understanding all the options we can imagine. We are likely to discover that we are resisting something based on a limited understanding, and we must then open ourselves to willingness.

When we are willing to look at all the possibilities, we also become willing to accept that there is room for more than we can imagine. We can release ourselves from the grip we had on our emotions and stop limiting ourselves. We may have been unwilling to experience feeling loss, confusion, fear, or even joy for some reason or another, but when we realize that our understanding was limited we allow space for the universe to move in our lives.

Opening ourselves to willingness may feel like we are surrendering or abandoning all that we believed. But at the same time it is an act of power and courage because it is a conscious choice we make about how to apply our personal will. Being willing is to be in a state of willing something into creation. It is at once allowing ourselves to be while also choosing to direct our energy in a focused way. It is being and doing from a place of openness, where we can work with the universe rather than resist it. It is an open hand rather than one that is clenched into a fist. When we make a step toward willingness, we open ourselves to truth, possibility, and the movement of the wise universe in and through our lives. ✨✨✨✨✨✨

lord for that. All I have is a dental appointment tomorrow afternoon. 😘😎

Good morning in S. California. Holy Smokes that pin is gorgeous and I featured it
on the Heidi Daus Thread Merry Christmas to you Taci. 😘💕✨

The kids will see me and hubby after we get our Booster Shot and then I am going
to Colorado to see my mother and family. My brother went up to Aspen he took his
entire family and they had a ball. I miss Colorado it is so much to do. I really need to
get out of OZ for just a moment. 😜I know all too well there is no place like home.

Have fun shopping for your hairdresser. Oodie I had my last medical appt. today and it was
great. I could not wait to get out of the door. I could breathe again. My doctor gave me a
