Club Sheba Holiday Edition

Hi, my friend, and thank you for all the kind words and thoughts.🥰 My husband’s tests, although not perfect, are just fine for his age and no change from 3-4 years ago.😊 Whew!! So relieved no new problems with the heart. Thank goodness no bypass again. We will definitely have a glass of wine this evening.🍷🍷

My BIL is not doing well.😪 He has sepsis and acute kidney failure. According to SIL, he is in stable condition. They are going to give him a few dialysis treatments to give the kidney a rest. Have no idea how long he will be in the hospital.

Good Afternoon Sheba,  I woke up to a full sunny sky, bright and Blue with no clouds.  How is your day going, I hope you are staying warm, that fireplace must be wonderful.

Yesterday I obtained a little more energy after taking a long break and rearranged my baking utensils  and machines. One good thing about this house is a large kitchen.  I cleared off room in the back counter and placed the kitchen Aid, food processor, blender etc.  Containers with all the utensils from whisks, spatula, measuring cups etc all at eye sight for convenience baking.

Yes we all do miss our families this time of year.  Those who are no longer with us and grateful for those who are.  This weekend hubby will help me to take down huge  containers with Christmas decorations in the garage.  And then I should start some decorating, just need to tweak some of the wreaths I made in the past years.
