Good afternoon Sheba, I am getting goose bumps just reading how cold the temperature are over in Oz. You give me an idea, I think I will make me a mini lasagna, if not for tonight it will be for another day.

Good afternoon – I am switching between hockey and football.🏒🏈 Both games are nerve-wracking. Our hockey team hasn’t played for two weeks because of covid. We were ahead 6-1 after the first period, it is now 6-5. Chiefs the same way. It started out as a no stress Sunday, lol!😮

Temps dropping and getting cold. Leftovers for dinner. Will probably spend all day tomorrow doing laundry since I slacked off all weekend.😏 Third evening in a row with the Bailey’s – starting the new year right!!😋 Going back to see if our teams survive.🤯

Cooperation

In our world, there is always someone in need of our best efforts to rally a group of helpers and healers.

Cooperation seems simple: working together toward a common goal for the benefit of all involved. But amazingly it can be quite challenging, even when we have so many successful examples all around us. Human society is based upon the concept of cooperation, but finding a balance to ensure the good of all members of society is difficult. In nature, symbiotic relationships form between unlikely allies: a bee and a flower, a bird and a rhinoceros, small fish and sharks. Yet nature also shows us instances of constant competition in which only the strongest survive. Given the choice, it seems most people would choose the more peaceful path of cooperation. Intellectually, we know that together we can create something greater than what one could do alone, but cooperation still seems to be one of the greatest challenges people face. We don’t always agree on how goals can be reached. Our priorities may be different, or our methods, but in the end, cooperation offers the best chance for success.

So how can we learn to cooperate with each other? We can gain greater perspective by trying to understand one another’s point of view, perhaps even putting ourselves in their place. We can search for commonalities as well as differences, and look for the good in different approaches. There is always more than one way of doing things, and some approaches are better suited for certain situations than others. All this is easier when we let go of the necessity to be right and to call others wrong. More important, we must believe that there is a solution that benefits all involved, not just one side.

The results of cooperation can be as simple as effortlessly getting everyone in your household to their appointments to large-scale social shifts to changing minds and hearts or policies that affect the future. 😎✨✨✨✨✨

Good day in the ‘burgh. If you are watching any of the Game today it is tense.
My nerves are on edge with this game and I will be glad when it is over! 🤣

Frozen again in OZ oh well that’s how it is. My family is safe in Boulder, Colorado and so
many I mean 100’s of people lost their homes those homes are not cheap you can re-buiild
but a lot of people lost precious things like pictures and family mementoes. My family
can’t smell the fire anymore due to all the snow and they did get snow.

How are you today? I hope your family is doing well. I am going to sit out the parts of the
game I can’t take it. Hubby is having a good time watching it. 😜😎

Good afternoon in California glad you were able to hit the trails. 😎😘

Yes we do leave a trickle of water on and open the cabinets doors to let the heat
get in during cold spells like this. WE had sleet and snow yesterday. I am thankful we
have power so it’s not all bad.

Good afternoon on the Gulf Coast. ✨I am multi-tasking today. I have so many irons in the
fire today. WE are well below freezing and I talked to one relative today who said it is 81 degrees
where they live let me see 5 degrees verses 81 degrees now I see. 🤣 I would pick 81 degrees
too. 💕😜

Good afternoon in sunny Florida. ✨OZ is still frozen both hubby and I were under three
comforters I mean thick and heavy ones. WE both sleep like a baby. 😎✨Poppy was alright
he was in his new bed on the side of my bed sleeping like a baby as well. 😜

I got caught up in watching the Game just now this is nerve wrecking I am going to
sit the third quarter out. So far we are ahead for now. 😎Hubby has balls has he will continue
to watch I can’t do it.
