Sheba, I forgot to thank you for the beautiful Strawberries, but I can’t just eat one. Knowing myself, I would probably eat the whole tray. 😬😋😄

@Sheba, Hello and how are you? I saw on TV that OZ is going to get hit with some very cold weather, stay warm. That chicken recipe I sent you a while back is great for soup, and in a puff pastry, or in a small or large pastry dough. And in a bread/rolls. Just let your imagination fly. I like to put in some green olives too in a puffy pastry or pastry dough.
I think we are going to have a small cold front, more like day time in the 70’s and nights in the 60’s and some 50’s.
I made two large stock pots today of chicken broth. It’s all in different size containers in the freezer. I couldn’t decide what I wanted for dinner, so I made me some puff pastry muffin cups with sauteed leeks, potatoes and cream cheese to go with the chicken thighs I already had in the fridge. Which I made with my usual onions, celery, garlic, carrots, leeks, all small dice.
Husband today had pasta, well chickpea flour pasta and red Lentils flour pasta. With a tomato garlic, basil, oregano and onion olive oil sauce. Its Friday already, see you at Trivia, Take care Sheba.

Sheba, hope your wave has simmered down this evening. My Mothers photos are scanned so now i am adding the ones she gave me over the years and some others. I will take my time with it now. Over 1000 photos scanned doesn’t look like much digitally compared to the large albums.
I fee relieved to have completed it. I am waiting for feedback about her medical care or lack thereof. Hope I get the information this month.
Today I saw a coyote cross my path, fairly close to me. I don’t think the coyote noticed me at all.
It was cool. I also read about butterfly’s since you and Oodie mention them. Pretty interesting.
OK, now to Heidi Daus. Her jewelry is so interesting, meaning not the boring run or the mill. I find over the years I appreciate it more and more. Although I am not a big collector, so today I nabbed the last bug ring. 1 was left. I don’t wear rings much because of my lifestyle but it was just an visually interesting piece. Did you get anything? Are you pretty much done collecting? I am keeping things streamlined. Take care and have a good evening❤

I had some Dragon Fruit today and it was so good. I made hubby a garden salad. 💕😘
