Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 16 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 7 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread.
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please

Sheba, yay for getting things cleaned up. My husband was in that mode today which meant a trip to the donation center for me. I watched JK for a bit. He came on here after a hike and making dinner, so 7pm. I ended up buying the Larimar Necklace, The TS seemed very nice but I do not have any Larimar. The Tourmaline Necklace and Labradorite are in my favs.

More Kindness Always
Being fully present in each moment of your life facilitates kindness, as it increases your awareness of the people around you.
In the quest to create a gentler, more loving world, kindness is the easiest tool we can use. Though it is easy to overlook opportunities to be kind, our lives are replete with situations in which we can be helpful, considerate, thoughtful, and friendly to loved ones and associates, as well as strangers. Holding a door or thanking someone who has held a door for you can inspire others to practice politeness and make already kind individuals feel good about their efforts. Smiling at people you meet — even those who make you feel like frowning — can turn a dreary encounter into a delightful one, for both of you. Every kind act has a positive influence on the individual who has performed said act as well as on the recipient, regardless of whether the act is acknowledged. Kindness brings about more kindness and slowly but surely takes a positive toll on humanity.
Weaving the thread of kindness into your everyday life can be as easy as choosing to offer a hearty “Good morning” and “Good night” to your coworkers or neighbors, a stranger on the street, or the grocery store clerk. When you commit a kind act, you are momentarily disconnected from your ego and bonded with the individual who has benefited from your kindness. Taking a break from painting with my husband.🧹 Trying to get the laundry room done today and tomorrow so I can start moving items back in on Sunday. Then it will be top to bottom cleaning. Not sure if I will see mom and sis this weekend.🙄
Weather is beautiful today. Nice to have the windows open and it will be good for sleeping.😴 Nothing planned except working on the house. That is enough!😣

Finally getting everything in place. So I know what you are going through. However, I need to finish everything by tomorrow so we can load the car and be off on Monday. It will really be nice to sleep with the windows opened. I cannot do this in Florida because the Geckos can crawl through any opening no matter how small. Tomorrow it’s Sam’s Club for the necessities for the two homes North. Plastic garbage bags by the roll. It’s too bad they closed their two warehouses in Rhode Island. We used to stop at both on the way to the Cape. C’est la Vie, I guess.
We have electrical and plumbing issues which will be taken care of when we return. Meanwhile, I will enjoy our mini vacation when we arrive in Lancaster for a few days of R&R. I will not be posting for awhile. Do not dare use the laptop in the hotel rooms and when we arrive at our frist destination will need to sign up as a new member with Xfinity just to get Wifi. It is so much easier in Florida. They put you on seasonal for up to 9 months. And the cost is $5/mo. . You also get to keep your own wifi and get this, they set it up for you.
Enjoy the cool weather. Say hi to Jake’s picture for me also. My neighbor on Cape had two labs. One black and the other long haired tan. But my favorite was Big Ben who found a way to unlock the gate and come over to our home for treats. I cannot fathom that home without the labs. It’s been a few months now and she is talking about adopting another one.
Take care of yourself and please stay safe. We are also thinking about cruising again. Definitely not this year, next year still questionable. We shall see.

Please know that I will be thinking of you everyday and wondering how it is all going. Just take your time and be safe. Enjoy your few days of R & R as I know you will be getting down and dirty at the other homes. And if you get lost, just follow the north star, lol! I will be anxious to hear all about the trip. Sending halos and rainbows on every highway and bi-way.😇🌈💗
