Hello Sheba2011, I hope you had a good weekend. This weekend has gone by fast. I was able to plant some potatoes but the hear was just unbearable. I just saw your post about forgetting to post. No worries, today I thought I was sending a message and pictures via WhatsApp of the ravioli I made to my cousin and I ended up sending to a bunch ( still my family) of different people.
I purchased a pasta machine and made ravioli today. It was the first time using the machine to roll and stretch out the dough. Its easier than rolling it out with a rolling pin. I couldn’t get the dough thin enough with the rolling pin. I made about 43 of them, placed in the freezer for future meals and made some for dinner.

Sheba, I know you miss your Dad, especially a this time of year, coming up on the 1st year.

Trying to watch some Olympics, and it’s great for the athletes that they can compete.
You certainly do a great job with this thread. I don’t know how you do it every day, it’s light, fun, stylish, scenic and much more. Good job!

Need a new computer, the one I use is at least 10 years old.

Good afternoon, getting hot in the ‘burgh for the next few days. Hubs came home from a day on the golf course and now he is exhausted.😴 Oh well, don’t golf, duh!!🙄 Got some chores around the house done while he was gone and kept switching channels to catch the Olympic events.

Shrimp for dinner🍤 not sure how I will make it. Mom and sis did not go out for dinner because she was tired so sis picked up McDonald’s with french fries. She’s not eating enough to build up some strength, says nothing appeals to her.😕 She only weighs 98 lbs. so she can’t afford to lose any weight.

Enjoy the Olympics, they will be over before we know it.🏊‍♀️🏋️‍♂️🏄‍♀️🤸‍♀️🚴‍♀️ Sending hugs to you and Poppy.🤗
