I am so glad you posted. I want you to know you have all our prayers. One step at a time.
I am so glad your grandson watched the Holiday Movie sorry he is a wee bit under the
weather as I always say. I will get to the garage in the spring time. LOL! I love this about
Cali you can do your garage any time of year. When it get winter here no garage is getting
done. I will need about 2 weeks to work on that I mean deep in order cleaning. I have
a double garage and let me tell nah I don’t think so. Spring will tell the story and then
I am done. ♥ I am saying prayers for you tonight look up at the Moon if you have a chance
it’s a little something me and Cherie do. ♥ Hugs.

The mice are actually Muppet rats. The main one is Rizzo. I have loved him for years. He is very sweet and smart. I actually bought myself a little Rizzo doll a few years ago.

I forgot to ask in my earlier post if any of you received an email from HSN about calling in to speak with Jay King? I received one inviting me to be a testimonial caller on his next visit. They said it was because of my reviews. I was just wondering if any of you got this too. I haven’t decided yet if I will but I am supposed to let them know so they can arrange the time for me.

Hello! I hope you are having a good day and resting from your yard-work. I am planning to get some done this weekend. I still have shopping to do. How about you? Are you done with the shopping? I can’t believe it is crunch time already! After the New Year’s I will be conquering my garage. Holy moly!
I love the kitty in the scarf! Looks almost like Gracie only she is solid gray (no white patch) with yellow eyes. She makes everyone laugh because she is so cute! She will have a “conversation” with you by smacking her lips together until you smack yours together and then she repeats. It can go on a long time. Lol.
Love the Christmas fashion show, The night before Christmas story, The jade jewelry and Rarities emerald earrings (in my faves). I have a lot of Rarities.
I had a great time watching Home Alone with grandson. He loved it. He is sick with a cold and stuffed up so he wasn’t laughing but instead when he wanted to laugh said “That’s hilarious” and when he got scared by the basement furnace or excited about the bad guys he would hang on to me real tight. I just love that little guy. He wants to watch Home Alone 2 next time. I will be making chicken soup to take over to him tomorrow.

Love your baking mice! Can you send some over my way? Lol! I can’t believe how fast Christmas is approaching! I am not ready yet! Son will be here on the 22nd.
I am happy to hear the AL vitamins keep you healthy! Many, many years of continued health to you! I think I will add the liver vitamins and the ones for joint health to my regimen. When I am sick I can’t take vitamins or eat fruits or veggies and have a very strict diet of chicken, fish, potatoes, ,white bread, water, clear juice or broth. UC is an auto immune disease so when I am in remission I tend to be very healthy and do not get colds. I get the annual flu shot and try hard to stay healthy. Sometimes I have warnings I’m on the verge of a flare-up and other times it comes on suddenly. Last time I was sick (2015) I just woke up that morning really ill and lost a lot of blood. I know, gross and probably TMI. That’s just the nature of the beast. I try to avoid this at all costs which is why I am so committed to eating well, walking and stress management – which is the hardest for me. Vitamins I am hoping will help me in all those areas and help me with energy, stress and with my organs just running smoothly (especially my heart). It is nice to hear how the vitamins help so many of you and I am hoping within a couple of months I will feel them working. I can’t tell you how much better I feel just eating less carbs and more protein. I avoid eating anything with added sugar and I don’t drink soda and that has been a HUGE difference. I’m trying very hard because I want a long healthy life. 😀

My son lives in Oregon now so if he stays there the decision will be easy with both living there. If he goes to Texas it will be a job opportunity for him. He has a great job in cancer research so for him to take a job in Texas it would have to be a great one. Plus, the land is cheaper there and he wants to buy property so he can have his own landing strip because he will be getting his pilot’s license. Land is too expensive here in Cali and there are no jobs for him outside of San Francisco. Forget having land there!
I have always loved living in Cali but the taxes are completely out of control here (as you know) and it makes it difficult to live here in retirement. I have been to Texas (brother), I am very familiar with Az (Phoenix/Scottsdale area – parents lived there in winter). Both places are hot. I am not sure I want to live where it’s hot anymore. I love four seasons and the longer the fall, the better. I want to choose the right place because moving gets harder and harder each time.

I am glad you have someone from whom you can receive educated information. I feel better knowing you will receive her advice! There is so much to learn in nutrition. You will meet your goals, just keep at it. It is a life style change. Diets don’t work but life style changes do and they take time to learn and it takes time to adapt.
Glad Chloe and Ari are becoming acquainted. I am sure they will be good friends in time. 😀

How fortunate to have land! Do you have animals on that land? I would love to have horses, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, dogs and cats (of course!) Not too many but I would love to have them! Nothing makes me happier than animals! Thank you for your nice words about everyone being earth angels! YOU are included in that too! 😀
