Do you cook the quinoa and oatmeal separately (different cooking times?) and then add together or can you cook them together ? Berries sound good. 😀

MY HUSBAND AND SOME FRIENDS TOOK A GREEK CRUISE SOME YEARS BACK THEY START THE DAY IN GREECE WITH BEEF CONSOME IT IS A WARM BROTH . O HOW I LOVED THAT .

DEAR KITTENGIRL YOU CAN ADD YOUR FAVORITE BERRYS HONEY OR YOUGART . I ADD MINE TO ANDREWS PROTEIN SHAKE .QUINOA IS LIKE A PASTINA NOODLE I CAN ADD MARINARA SAUCE TO IT AND SOME PEAS AND PARM CHEESE .

Do you have any recipes for oatmeal with quinoa? My nutritionist said it would be a good breakfast for me but I’m not familiar with quinoa.
My hubby wants an air fryer. I think I need to use my pressure cooker first. It is still in it’s box unopened!

THIS IS HOW WE BREAKFAST AROUND HERE .COOK THE QUINOA IN WATER AND CHICKEN BROTH I ADD CELERY ONION CUBED UP SQUASH TOP WITH SPINACH AND FROZEN PEAS . DEB MURREY TURNED ME ON TO AIRFRYING WITH AVOCADO OIL AND VEGY TOTS IN FREEZER SECTION . YES MEATBALLS ARE GREAT IN THE AIRFRYER . I HAVE TWO .

You know Le Chef tries nearly EVERY kitchen gadget!! So we order tons of stuff from ALL shopping networks, so the latest craze in Cherie’s kitchen is Hubby making rotisserie chicken! Oh my … his chicken rub and “stuffing’ is like NO other. So … he is using the LATEST air fryer and after 2 weeks he has it mastered. Hubby is teaching us his secret to making homemade fries MMmmm! Kids are in Heaven ( it’s RARE that we eat anything fried ) … Only Hubby can cut the potatoes (NO Frozen junk), he lets them soak and then Cherie & kids take over from there. We use only a spritz of olive or avocado oil & In about 10-15 mins we have French Fries!!! Hubby is making Party Chicken Wings for dinner tomorrow along with fresh green beans and YOU guessed it French Fries!! Thanks for asking Sheba♥ … Shout out to @taci, @loaf, ….
