I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.

@bichon18, Hope your packing goes well! I always end up over packing, no matter what! I will use my advice next time. Lol! I think Samantha Brown has excellent tips and advice for packing. You will be gone for 3 weeks? Did I read that somewhere? I have packed the extra bag before and it is helpful. I learned that after a trip for my birthday to go shopping in Chicago. I bought 2 very expensive designer shoes (one Eli Tahari, the other Italian) and I didn’t have room to pack them in their shoe boxes! I will never make that mistake again! Designer shoes should have their designer boxes! Lol! That was pretty much all the shopping I did in that week because I ended up in ER and kept for a day after. That was when my heart problems began. I LITERALLY shopped til I dropped! That was in 2007.
Hey, I hear ya, I’m in my 50’s and I don’t wear strapless either! I am sure you will find something in your closet that will work. A nice jewel neck, boat neck or v neck perhaps? Cashmere sweater – perfect! That’s what’s great with Heidi, you can wear it for every day or dressy! 😀
No, not near San Louis Obispo. That is on the coast, I am inland near the mountains. Just get on the road from there and drive inland til you hit the Sierra Nevadas. I’ll be waving! 😀

Omg….I have two of those in my house. The top right and top left. Love them. They are framed prints in my guest/elliptical room. I LOVE them. Look at the others. Wow!

You left us on this date June 24, 2018. I think of you often and I know you have checked

family as I know they miss you more. ♥Evergreen
Barbra StreisandLove soft as an easy chair
Love fresh as the morning air
One love that is shared by two
I have found with you
Like a rose under the April snow
I was always certain love would grow
Love ageless and evergreen
Seldom seen by two
You and I will
Make each night the first
Everyday a beginning
Spirits rise and their dance is unrehearsed
They warm and excite us
‘Cause we have the brightest love
Two lights that shine as one
Morning glory and midnight sun
Time, we’ve learned to sail above
Time, won’t change the meaning of one love
Ageless and ever, evergreen -
@bichon,
I hear ya on the blessing of no attic or basement! Lol!
Hope you like the global necklace! I bet it will look pretty on you! Make sure you give Jerry a hug! When I show my hubby something he groans and says “do you really need it?” . I answer yes and he just laughs! He is right, I know, but when we move to a larger house I will have more room and it won’t look like I have as much! Lol! 😀 That’s the answer to everything, a bigger house with big closets and a dressing room! A girl can dream… and until vet bill is paid and daughter is through school, dreaming is all I will be doing. Oh well, there are worse problems right? 😀 -
Kittengirl and Ladies;
Great idea regarding the packing. I do that with underwear. I might be a pair or two of leggings that are worn never mind where. I have inherited the Eastern European Inner thighs on my father’s side. Yes, my colorway in clothing is pretty much decided and for color….Scarves and Heidi.
My wish list would include something in the denim color. I think there is a necklace. Otherwise, I always want a Bichon Pin. The enchante looks beautiful. I will be watching. As I told Sheba my fingers went sopping on the Heidi Daus site ang got that global necklace because I wanted to. Now to find the proper clothing for it. At 66; I am not wearing a strapless. Yes, there was a time and it was great. Now…..no. Shoulders showing and long sleeves okay. I am not even crazy about cold shoulder tops. Just me.
I will now look at HSN and see what has appeared.
Are you near St. Luis Obispo. My friends’ son and his wife live there. They are selling their house here and moving to Tucson to be closer to the grand babies.

I like the way Jerry treats you like it is your birthday. ♥ Go Amy! Well you will be having
goodies coming to you this week. 🙂 -

Energy 101
Energy cannot be destroyed, but it be changed and transformed.
There is an undercurrent of energy thrumming through the Universe. Like the wind or a whisper, we can sometimes hear it and often feel it. Most of the time, we sense this energy unconsciously without any tangible proof it is really there. Thoughts, emotions, and the life force in all living things are forms of this kind of energy. So are creativity, growth, and change. The impressions, images, and vague premonitions we get about people and situations are other examples of formless energy. When you enter a space and feel an “intangible tension” in the air that gives you a sense of foreboding in your gut, what you are likely experiencing is energy.
Energy cannot be destroyed, but it can be transformed or transferred from one person, thing, or source to another. Though energy is formless, it does take form and shape in the way it flows and resides within all things: a grain of sand, a bird, a stone, and an ocean wave. Living things radiate complex vibrations while nonliving things’ vibrations are simpler. Energy is a magnifier that can attract like energies while repelling disparate ones. Many of our reactions to people and circumstances are based on unconscious reactions to their energies. We may even intuitively tune into the energy of a situation we are facing when making a decision about how to proceed. With careful practice and meditation, we can learn to sense the energy within other living things and ourselves. We can also become more attuned to how we are impacted by different kinds of energy. For instance, being around too many energies can leave one person feeling edgy or excited, while another person will feel tired and drained.
While some people feel that energy can be controlled, others see it is as the unknowable force that moves through all things. The combined energy in all things plays a hand in birth, death, growth, movement, and stillness. Practitioners of Aikido believe that all living beings share a common energy source that is our life force. Whatever your beliefs, it is worthwhile to explore the roles energy plays in your life so you can understand it more fully.

OMGoodness! Love the kitties! Squealing with delight here! The kitties at top remind me of Bull and the white one reminds me of Chewey, except his face is all white but for his black nose! He passed his looks onto Walker for sure but Walker inherited his Grandpa Tom-Tom’s black spot on his side and his tail was black, nose too! I do have (and had) some very beautiful and unique cats! 😀

Ha ha, my closets. Again, it is a blessing not to have a basement or an attic.
Sheba, I was naughty. I showed the global necklace to Jerry. He liked it. I ordered it. Bad Amy….Tsk Tsk.
Stay warm and cozy. It is Eve of Heidi❤️

@Sheba,
Yes, regular vet does give us a “good patient discount”! 😀 In fact Chewey goes in next week. He is losing weight again so I’m sure another blood panel will be done. He has been cold lately too. He is getting so frail. He will get another Vitamin B shot and we will get a prescription for the others to give him at home. I am scared for his appointment. He was improving, or at least gained some weight back and holding his own but I don’t know what is happening now. Dr says he most likely has lymphoma but is slow progressing. I love Chewy so much! I wish you could see him! He is the most beautiful cat I have seen in my life! Everyone gasps when they meet him or see his picture! He has fluffy white fur and a grey tail, the bluest eyes ever and a black nose. He is Walker’s daddy. I am not ready to say goodbye so he better stick around a LONG LONG time! He is my “raggedy andy man”! That is one of his nicknames because the black marking on his nose is in a triangle shape and his eyes are so big and blue that he looks like a doll! 😀
The vet bill is on a credit card used only for the kitties and it includes the hospitalizations, surgeries, office visits and cremations from this past year, including my daughter’s cats. This is why it is so high. It was at $38,000k and we are paying it down slowly but surely. We will not use it until paid off, besides we are at our limit so any vet needs arising now are paid cash. Yes, I do love my fur babies very much! 😀 Life will get easier when my daughter is finally through with school and we only have our expenses to worry about. Like I said, I really shouldn’t be buying any Heidi tonight. Very hard to do. Heidi comes on a 9pm here.
Wow! 8 degrees is bone chilling cold! I wouldn’t like that! I don’t like it colder than 20 degrees! That temp hurts your teeth! you are chopping wood in that temp? Who are you- Sheba Bunyon? LOL! 😀 -
Hi Divia,
Yep it’s Heidi Daus Day. ♥ How are you? We are frozen here in the Midwest known as
OZ! My fingers are a little numb from putting tree branches from the storm last week.
The City is picking them up. Top of the morning in NC to you. ♥Diva enjoy this. 🙂
