No, I have not ordered the Skinn products. I will watch and await your reviews right here on this thread. In the meantime I will look it up. I also take my marine peptides in a tall glass of water. Suits me perfectly.

Tomorrow, I will be back in the closet. More to do..next week the guest room closet where I keep my grow into clothes gets attacked. I brought a pile to the consignment today. She took save for one. It has sparkles on it. She said people are not buying sparkles on clothes. She also requested summer wear. Next week.

Got my items from SFA. Today is a buy one get one sale at SFA. Of course, the prices go up for that. Not tempted. Heidi is coming. The necklace I ordered for our friend in Belgium provided an alert today. It is down $10.00. Love those hearts on my favorites.

I picked up our paperwork today. Am looking forward to it except for one thing….not thing….doggie. I am torturing myself. Jerry said maybe he would be better going somewhere to this couple who watches dogs. There might be other doggies for him to play with… i felt bad and reminded him that those we know who do that are on the go at least six times a year and for some long trips. We go away almost never and not for thirteen days. Our longest would be a week. If all works out well; we will take a long weekend to Tampa maybe in May or June. The men like the Hard Rock Casino. My friend and I like the HSN outlet.

I love the bag too! Thank you for posting the pic! Which boots do you have of hers? How do they run – true to size? I wear a 7.5 med shoe but in most boots and most tennies I size up to an 8. I’ve wondered how her boots run because there is a pair of hers in my faves. Do you ever buy Vince Camuto? He is going to have a TS soon. Can’t wait to see what it will be. When the brand left here for a while I saved a lot of money! Lol.

Be careful when you go talk to the owners of the dogs. People can be really weird about their dogs. One morning we were out for our walk and the people down the street had their gate open and their dogs were heading toward a busy street. They were nice dogs so we rounded them up and put them in their backyard and closed the gate and put their trashcan in front of it to keep them behind it. We thought the neighbors should know so on our way back from our walk we stopped and rang their bell. The man answered and we told him what happened and he said his dogs never got out and were with him right now. We told him yes, they did get out because we put them away and blocked the gate. He said he would fix the lock and slammed the door in our face! We just couldn’t believe how rudely he treated us! If we ever see his dogs out again we will still put them away but will never talk to that jerk again. I would be so appreciative if someone did that for me, I just couldn’t understand his attitude.

I am sorry about what is happening with your sister. I know you are concerned for her. I will be saying some prayers for you, your sister and your dad. I have been there and I know it is not easy. Hugs to you…

Glad you are able to get some rest. I was wondering if you were having rain down there too. It has been raining here off and on for 2 days now and high winds. Are you getting the winds? The sun is warm when it comes out but the winds are cold. The clouds get really dark and they are FULL of rain!
About the Hugs from Heidi bracelet you have in green – is it peridot color? I think the chrysolite is very pretty and wondered if it looked like peridot.
I think I’m going to get the TS because of all the good things said about it. I have Dr. Nassif serum and cleansing pads. I love them! The serum is amazing and so moisturizing. I’m up to trying new things if they are backed with good reviews and seem like something different than what I have tried. I recently bought the BioScience 3 phrase system. Haven’t started it yet. I bought some years ago but never used it and was worried it had gone bad. I will experiment with it on my hands and use the new stuff on my face. Have you ever tried it? I need a plain moisturizer (no anti-aging ingredients) to use during the day while on that system. I think I will try something like Neutrogena, Aveeno or Estee Lauder day creme for that.
I am making sure to get some rest and not working too hard in my closet today, just moving things around. Yes, I agree with what you said – I feel it is very important to have time to “release”. I need that now. Thanks for looking out for me! 😀

@Sheba, be careful with those neighbor dogs, had a friend get attacked on her own street while walking her own little dog, and she still has scars on her upper arm.
This was a while ago, last year.
Hubby and I hiked 4 miles Mon and then again Tues. Today it’s raining so I can rest up, luckily cause I need it.
@Sorry your sister and Dad are still dealing with this monster.

@Cherie, congratulations on the new car! How exciting.
We are happy to cut the cable since the timing was right. We use direct tv now, it streams plus hubby added an antenna to the house for the local channels. The price to value was getting so out of hand with the cable company. Plus we have lots of new discoveries with it, free stuff that been fun to find.

@Bichon, are you taking all those vitamins on your vacations? I have the bracelet @Sheba posted in red for you, in lime green. It very sparkly.

@kittengirl, hope you are able to rest, and let some stress flow away.

I will be waiting for everyone to let me know how they like their Skinn purchases. I still have Dr. Nassif and like it.

Saying Goodbye To A Home

When leaving a home, it’s important to honor the time you have spent within its walls and the life you lived there.

When we move from one residence to another, we often get so caught up in the forward thrust of where we are going that we forget to properly say goodbye to the home we are leaving behind. Yet saying goodbye is an important part of moving forward. It gives us a sense of completion so that we are able to fully inhabit our new space, having left nothing of ourselves in the old one. In this way, we honor the space that has held and nurtured us. At the same time, we cleanse it and empty it of our energy so that the new residents can make the space theirs.

Plan a walk through your home that begins and ends at the front door. Ideally, you will be alone or accompanied only by a person who shared the space with you. Prepare yourself mentally to be as present as you can during this process. As you enter the house, you might say, “I have come to thank you for being my home and to say goodbye.” You might touch the walls with your hands as you move through the house, or you might burn sage as an offering, as well as an energy cleanser. Spend some time in each room expressing your gratitude and gathering or releasing any lingering energy from the room. As you do this, you are freeing your home to embrace its new occupants. Remember to visit your outside spaces as well. Plants are especially sensitive to the energy around them and will appreciate your consideration.

As you make your way back to the front door, know that you have completed your final journey through your home and that you have honored and blessed it with this ritual of farewell. As you close and lock the door behind you, say one last goodbye. Now you can walk freely into your future and fully inhabit the new spaces that will keep you safe and warm.
