What am I thankful for? The fact my dad and family are all still here and fighting
this thing. God never gives you more then you can bear.

My sister is out of the hospital and at home in her Condo in Colorado and her daughter
is with her. Guess what? The Airlines lost her luggage. No worries she has a lot of relatives
there. ♥ After being in the hospital since Monday with major surgery sis was ready to go.

Cherie,Yes,I am still up but I hope you are resting by now…Sounds like you will be getting a house full of love if hubby gets what he wants.I know each day with them will be a pleasure.(smile)

I know what you mean about the loss still feeling so fresh.It seems like yesterday when we were loving 6 bassets and loss of each got harder.But the love we got was worth it,as I know yours was…We had 3 of ours 13 yrs,2 for 12 and 1 for only about 3 yrs..How we ever took care of 6 is beyond me now but I guess love was the key.

Sheba and Basset, thank you both so much. I feel helpless and lost. Knowing that others are praying for us and supporting me really does make me feel some better. Please continue to pray for me. This is the most difficult time of my life.

I am only able to face each day knowing that God is GREATER than the highs and lows in my life.

Oh Sheba …. Cherie’s husband like Bassetbabe’s has always said that too (three). My husband and I both grew up with Kitties and Big dogs. When we first met we both had our own Black labs. Mine passed by the time we got married and I moved in; we then enjoyed His for 3 yrs. We rescued a beautiful Bullmastiff / Pitbull as a puppy like the one shown. Never dreaming that In 2 years that pup would grow to look identical to the large one in the picture! Our family was Blessed with12 years of pure Love and Devotion. Hubby wants a small puppy dog and a few more kittens right now…. He’s too much. Night-nite Sheba♥ …. Night All
