Welcome to conversation – 15. This is number 15 of this thread.
We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

“One More Night” Phil Collins
One more night, one more night
I’ve been trying ooh so long to let you know
Let you know how I feel
And if I stumble if I fall, just help me back
So I can make you seePlease give me one more night, give me one more night
One more night cos I can’t wait forever
Give me just one more night, oh just one more night
Oh one more night cos I can’t wait foreverI’ve been sitting here so long
Wasting time, just staring at the phone
And I was wondering should I call you
Then I thought maybe you’re not alonePlease give me one more night, give me just one more night
Oh one more night, cos I can’t wait forever
Please give me one more night, ooh just one more night
Oh one more night, cos I can’t wait forever
Give me one more night, give me just one more night
Ooh one more night, cos I can’t wait foreverLike a river to the sea
I will always be with you
And if you sail away
I will follow youGive me one more night, give me just one more night
Oh one more night, cos I can’t wait forever
I know there’ll never be a time you’ll ever feel the same
And I know it’s only words
But if you change your mind you know that I’ll be here
And maybe we both can learnGive me just one more night, give me just one more night
Ooh one more night, cos I can’t wait forever
Give me just one more night, give me just one more night
Ooh one more night, cos I can’t wait forever -
Pearls – Sade
There is a woman in Somalia
Scraping for pearls on the roadside
There’s a force stronger than nature
Keeps her will alive
This is how she’s dying
She’s dying to survive
Don’t know what she’s made of
I would like to be that brave
She cries to the heaven above
There is a stone in my heart
She lives a life she didn’t choose
And it hurts like brand-new shoes
Hurts like brand-new shoes
There is a woman in Somalia
The sun gives her no mercy
The same sky we lay under
Burns her to the bone
Long as afternoon shadows
It’s gonna take her to get home
Each grain carefully wrapped up
Pearls for her little girl
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
She cries to the heaven above
There is a stone in my heart
She lives in a world she didn’t choose
And it hurts like brand-new shoes
Hurts like brand-new shoes -
Comfort me with Your love O God
Comfort me with Your love O God
Wrap me up in Your strong embrace
Shelter me from the storm O Lord
Envelop me in Your tender careBy day I pour out my heartbreak to You
By night I give you my racing thoughtsIn You I take refuge
In You I will not be afraid
For you hold me strong, You hold me safeCalm my fearful heart O God
Still my anxious mind O LordFor all my life is found in You
All my being is given to You
All my hope begins in You -

Misty – Johnny MathisLook at me,
I’m as helpless as a kitten up a tree
And I feel like I’m clinging to a cloud
I can’t understand,
I get misty, holding your hand.
Walk my way,
And a thousand violins begin to play
Or it might be the sound of your hello
That music I hear,
I get misty the moment you’re near
You can say that you’re leading me on
But it’s just what I want you to do
Don’t you realize how hopelessly I’m lost
That’s why I’m following you.
On my own,
Would I wander through this wonderland alone
Never knowing my right foot from my left,
My hat from my glove,
I get misty, and too much in love.
I’m too misty, and too much in love -
Taci, thank you. Your prayers are so appreciated.

Sheba, happy to hear your sister is home. It so nice that she is out of the hospital!
Thanks for asking about my son. He is settling in academically and doing well, but I hope he makes some friends, everyone is nice but it’s always nice to have a few good friends to hang out with. It’s only been two months so I a sure with more time he’ll settle in more.
How is your senior doing?
The throws are all gorgeous!Bassettbabe, thought of you yesterday while at a restaurant that allows dogs. I heard this Yelp and it was the nicest man with his Bassett. The Bassett’s stomach was only about and inch off the ground. So adorable. Yes, I too have started my Christmas shopping. My hairdresser is getting Debra Lipmann’s Marshmellow hand scrub. She always mentions her hands being in water all day and this item is 5 stars, so hopefully she will like it. My Mom is getting the Heidi Daus Lovely Lux necklace in black jet. Fairemaiden did say it would be too heavy but I sent the picture to my Mother and ‘approved’. I told her if she doesn’t like it that I’ll take it and get her something else.
Mcpoopoo hope you feeling better.
Meme, sorry to hear of your difficult time and I wanted to wish you strength and prayers.
Cherie, that was certainly a large dog you had. Pet people are the best.
Loaf, Tamrick all all HELLO! Have a good weekend! -
Sheba,We have gotten a wee bit too.

Sheba,I bet your house and table are just beautiful. We do not have a Macy’s close to me but I wish we did…I did not realize you are originally from the South.I do think my accent is so strong that no matter where I moved,it would stay Southern. But I get complimented about it on the phone,so I guess it is unusual for some to hear.
I hope your temps have warmed up a little.

Sheba,THe fruit looks delicious.Festive for holidays sounds great.

Sheba,I always dread lab work about as much as going to dentist.I drink quite a bit of water so they can get my veins easily.Plus it helps with not getting to eat.
Good luck with all your visits and tests this week.Hope you and your family are well.
Hubby got sore throat last night and I have felt puny,so I hope we did not catch a bug.
I think I have 1 more gift to buy and my shopping will be over.Has everyone started shopping yet?.I had ordered 3 of those TS globes the other day and got my angel. She is a beauty. My cardinal and deer should be here tomorrow.

Hello me and my husband had four kids. I have always had a beautiful table.
In College I worked at Macy’s in the China Dept. I learned how to pick China
and everything else working in that dept.I love Macy’s this time of year still. ♥ I love to set the table. ♥
I cook pretty good too as I am from the South. 🙂 I’ve lived in the Midwest so
long I have more of a Euro accent. -
Sheba,Your table settings are gorgeous. My sis also collects Fitz and Floyd.
