How about the weekly winners of prizes, no one on the HSN team is answering the question as to why winners are not receiving prizes or emails confirming their win?

Good morning, I also called them Friday, and I gave them your game name and they were suppose to be working on getting caught up. I am glad you are finally getting yours resolved. I will keep you posted on mine. Thank you

  Fyi – guess what came today delivered by UPS. The prize I won. Thanks for giving them my name Hope you will receive yours soon. I won the 12pack R.Nichols luggage tags and they are really quite nice. The picture on the site does not reflect how they really looks. Good luck

I plan on calling every phone number I can on Monday. I will also try and get answers on your prize as well. They cannot post prizes and not give them away. It is illegal.

  FYI – I received an email today apologizing for the delay. It stated they were behind and that I would be receiving my prize shortly. Hopefully you will receive something soon. I sent another email last week to let them know that there were others in my position.

As I stated yesterday I could not get an answer from anyone. I was always referred to someone else. I won the 12 pack luggage tags last December 3 2019. I kept copy of the original email from hsn and others from different departments. Original from prize fullment. Was asked to send them the original email and I did but have heard nothing.
