friday night trivia

You are just a wee bit confused. When you see the question on TV and you want to answer, you return to the Arcade and then go the Rewards Store. The question you will see in the Rewards Store will probably be the same question pertaining to spring training. However, when you go to answer now, and you put in your correct response to the question you saw on TV, you will receive 200 points. Sometimes the tech unit surprises us by giving the question in the Rewards Store, but that scenario is maybe one or two question during the time that Trivia is played.

I think HSN wants people to either follow them on TV or Facebook. I have sent an inquiry to the Customer Service area within Community explaining that the question does not always align with the computer and that many of our members play games during the interim between question and answer or they shop. Unfortunately, my TV on Fridays is hubby’s movie time, which makes seeing the question impossible. I hope this gives you the info you need. I’ll keep checking here to see if you are OK.

Sorry I am late in anwering you. I just saw your post. To answer the question you need to go into the Arcade and then to the Rewards Store. Most of the time the question relates to spring training. Just click on answer now. An area opens up where you can answer the question. Type your answer. If you get an oops in red, just try to answer again. You have 30 minutes to come up with the correct response. I hope this helps.
